I’ve never used a sauna before and my local Crunch has both the one in the locker room as well as what looks like a coed infrared one and a cold room that’s basically the same size. I’m terminally awkward in the sense that I have no idea what to wear, what to do, or expect in these spaces. I’m a male. I understand the different things about etiquette, that’s all great, but I need like an absolute idiots guide because I A) don’t want to ask the people at the front desk how I use these things in such basic detail, and B) I don’t want to be so awkward that I stick out or worse, make someone else uncomfortable because I look so out of place.
I want to start doing a routine where I go workout,
I’m new and I’ve had a lot of new gym member comp sessions with either like late high school age or college age kids, we connect pretty well but like most box gyms these sessions being a funnel for selling training is really hard here. The high school kids obviously aren’t buying, they come alone so can’t pitch to parents, and the college kids don’t want to pay for anything even though to walk in the door they had no problem paying for a membership already. Is there an approach you have found that’s more effective for these groups of students? They can often genuinely benefit the most from training, but they have really fickle financial barriers, it’s hard to find an in.
Hey all,
No prior experience here, looking at possibly applying to a “Trainer in training” position at a nearby Gold’s Gym, trying to kind of do some paid apprentice experience while getting certified. I do not see a lot of information about the schedule, pay, or others’ experiences with that position anywhere though. Obviously there’s tons of info about the actual personal trainer position there, but while I’m sure a lot of the culture and business side is similar, because the starting point is so different I’m really interested if anytime can share some info about this role in particular.
I currently work a day job, and I’m trying to keep that if possible and be available early mornings
I was reading over the ratings list on https://www.mynavyhr.navy.mil/Career-Management/Career-Counseling/C-WAY/ and I’m not sure if I’m reading it right. I’m looking for rates that I can do with full disclosure on distant (more than a decade ago) drug use and I see PRP rules on more rates than make sense to me. No prior service.
I’m looking at IT (and it’s new split), IS, CWT and CTR, and all of them have the same remarks. But I thought not all of these are sub-qualified or nuclear billeted ratings, so I don’t understand whether it’s a problem or not. I know these all have the possibility of being stationed on a sub, but does that mean the restriction is on the whole rating even if you nev
My husband and I have never been super frequent with sex, but it definitely went from multiple times a week, to a once or twice a month, to a few times a year, and I need advice on how to tackle this. Our body types changed after a year or so, I was depressed (not related to relationship) but lost the weight I gained and he didn’t. We’ve always had friction because I’m a submissive vers and he’s just strictly a bottom, and I tend to linger in phases where I really want to bottom and then flip. I got him to to once and although he came, he didn’t enjoy it and since he didn’t and was very inexperienced, I couldn’t really enjoy it either.
Physically he continued to drift away from what I’m at
My new cat was a stray, she seems to have been someone’s indoor cat at one time but I can’t tell if she’s been spayed. In the past 2 months she hasn’t shown obvious signs of heat, but she’s also only a year or so old.
Because she had no chip, tattoo, or ear notch they say they would have to do an exploratory surgery to establish whether she needs a spay. If she does, the total for the quote is about $2,800. I was expecting like, a few hundred for a spay. Almost $2,000 of it is just The abdominal exploratory line item. They offered to do an ultrasound but that was going to be almost $900 and after that she could still need the spay.
That quote is go far away from my expectation that I don

It's been a few months since we've had some discussion about the status of the sub, moderation, and where to go from here (context: https://www.reddit.com/r/CoronavirusWA/comments/1c7imxc/this_sub_has_been_a_little_dead_for_a_bit/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button )
u/KnowledgeInChaos and I had some discussions around that time as we both wanted to make sure that we kept the sub going in one way or another so that it di
Would we like a rule like this added for the sub?
“Keep It Professional - Low-Effort posts about your own or about others’ anatomy that is subjective or overly casual will be removed.”
This would be primarily to combat when we get waves of posts with MySpace-grade limb shots and pictures of models/bodybuilders with finger drawing asking to identify extremely basic structures or questions that are more suited for fitness subs or a Google search.
As of 3.24, all of the doors in the Corsair have to be manually opened if you want to get through, though they’ll still shut behind you. I’m thinking of melting mine and grabbing a Constellation Taurus for this patch. Also for those wondering, no, the ITG flask is still gone😞
If we make the IC report blow up for it, maybe we can get them to look at it before the patch goes out, but if nothing else we can let them know it should be a priority. Any ship with that many doors between the cargo hold and the cockpit should not ask you to hit every door control button and then sit and wait for the four to open.
