Is anyone else seeing an issue where Bilt isn’t showing housing points properly under the Wallet tab?
I’ve been checking it regularly, and it looked fine yesterday. I actually like the UI—it shows your total housing and non-housing expenses, how many points you’ll earn, and how much more you need to spend to reach a higher tier.
However, when I checked today, it showed “No housing payment yet” for the period Mar 21–Apr 20.
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same bug, or if I should contact them to report it.

From the website, everything looks pretty good. The features are impressive, with customization options and real-time rendering. The styles also look modern and beautiful.
However, there aren’t many reliable customer reviews. I haven’t been able to find clear feedback from people confirming whether they received their sofas or if it was a scam.
Can you help me understand whether I’m calculating the housing points correctly?

If that’s the case, I believe I can control how many points I earn by adjusting the housing expense amount. For example, in a billing cycle, I spend $1,500 on housing:
- With Option 2 (using Bilt Cash), I would earn:
Housing points = 1500 × 0.04 × 1000 / 30 = 2,000 points
- If I instead set my mortgage payment to $3,000, with Option
