I thought the BoTW Ideas went over pretty well, so I thought I’d branch out and do another post. These are move sets built around the four tool archetypes that Hyrule Warriors started with; the bombs, the bow, the boomerang, and the hookshot. with the exception of the hookshot, all tools have new characters built around these weapon sets. note I’m NOT saying these should be added; I just thought they’d be fitting and interesting weapons to go along with these characters.

Who else could get a dedicated bomb set then the Pompadour Paragon himself: Groose? With a combination of fisticuffs, Loftwings, and a LOT of bomb flowers pulled out of the ground, he’d be bringing chaos like no ot

With Deluxe Edition being announced (and some nice costumes being added), I thought I’d finally go back to my previous document of concepts for Hyrule Warriors and pull out from the limited pool I made for Breath of the Wild. I wouldn’t call this a wish list; just more a collection of ideas I’ve had with some minor adjustments following a year’s worth of BoTW.

Champions The champions would have their weapons plus an added ability to call on their respective Divine Beast to boost their attacks or augment the hotbox in some way. in addition, their strong attack would be based on their respective powers. Weapon designs go Champion > enhanced design > Divine Beast inspired motif.

Somewhat misleading, but how would you guys feel about DLC (be it a patch or an actual buy) that would add Vandham back into the game? Not in any specific capacity outside of aesthetics (IE - no change to the mercenaries subplot); just a way to play as him and maybe hear some special H2Hs with the rest of the party or rare blades. I honestly don't think it's a good idea or a feasible one really, but it still came to me and I was curious what anyone else was thinking.

For those that are dealing with trying to get a copy last-minute (either due to an order delay or just not pre-ordering), be sure to both check online and call. Sometimes there’s a miscommunication or innacurate numbers and it turns out there is a copy available even if one side says its out of stock ( although there IS always the notion of someone working at the store intentionally withholding, but hey; mistakes before malice). The target I ultimatley picked up from had the guy I talk to insist there was no copies avalible, but online it stated there were. And yes I did bring up the disreprency to the manager that ultimatley rang me out. Just a heads up is all: there ARE copies of both the

Some people seem to think that Claire had the luxury of choice when it came to dealing with her savior turned captor. As a quick recap the good doctor had been;

  • Forcibly jettisoned from her shuttle and separated from both her children and her coworker.

  • Been placed into a scenario wherein she has no control and her only contact is an alien of questionable intent

  • Makes the rational claim that she would be able to find a cure if he would help her, only to be refused on multiple fronts.

  • Not intentionally aiming for him while he was down and only firing once his intent had been made abundantly clear.

To quote Wonder Red: “Diplomacy has Failed”.

Episode I began with Aku, an 'evil tree' surrounded by the ruins he had created, and episode CI ended with a tree that was symbolic of his cruelty, now surrounded by the landscape that had once been taken away. I know the intention was more on showing that Ashi will live on in Jack's heart, but I can't help but think there's a bit more to it than that...

I’ve not been posting here since last year (lots of crap popped up and never really receded). But I guess with the massive surge of new Fire Emblem games on the horizon it was worth returning to the madhouse. So lets start with the speculation that Echoes is the start of a series of remakes with the next one that’s eagerly awaited the Genealogy of the Holy War. I’m…not so certain that would work.

I don’t think a conventional release would go over well, not without completely re-hauling the game with the series’ modern developments. While it would be NICE to have a mostly-politically driven saga with a side helping of doomsday cult, legitimate tragedy, and grand maps to explore and fight up

As the title said, I've kind of hit a roadblock on proceeding in the backer build of the game. I'm midway between world's 4 and 5 and I've run out of options on what to do. I've already addressed all three hints (Desert Tower, doctor, and portal), and now there's some sort of wizard I need to find in world 2. Problem is, I can't find any new locations that I can access between large boulders in the wall with no way to ram into them, or large boulders underwater. Anyone have any ideas or know what to do?

I recently got re-inspired to play Xenoblade X again (the rumors of a Switch port might’ve played into that) and while I think the game is solid on its own, there are a few things that hold it back from being as great as it can be. Chief among them are the limited pool of playable Xenos, and in a game with nearly a dozen alien races, this seems like a missed opportunity to not include some outside of one-member species like Celica (supposedly there’s another Qulurian named Neilnail, but I can’t find anything outside of the art book and those two weird Skells to confirm that) and L. So I thought it’d be fun to come up with some ideas for existing characters to be made into fully playable stat

So out of the 15 (?) 16 new costumes on the Grand Travels map, I've been able to unlock two four thirteen all of them;

I'll keep posting the more I find (It's the middle of a hellish storm and I've got crap-all to do; thank goodness this update went live before the storm did...), but feel free to post your discoveries (especially if we can find a conductor's outfit for Toon Link).

EDIT1: Added Princess Zelda and King Daphnes

EDIT2: Toon Link has been found...

EDIT3: large update.

EDIT4: Last three added.

I'll admit I'm a little behind the loop (had to go out for a few hours today), but from what I saw of the trailer and a few of the Treehouse segments, could the Shiekah Tablet be used as a new weapon for Link? Specifically, a dark-themed weapon using the various runes and abilities they've exhibited thus far like Stasis or the telekinesis form? Or do you think there's another character that could get this (I only used Link because it seems like it would be the ideal 'dark' themed weapon that could round out his arsenal)?
