This question is a little bit roundabout, but I need some peace of mind.
Recently my partner and I brought a kitten home from the shelter and, unbeknownst to us, the baby boy came home with Feline Distemper (he was too young to be vaccinated). We lost him basically overnight. We cleaned the apartment and the room that he was in, but we wanted to make sure that when we opened our home up to another kitten that it was fully vaccinated. Fast forward a few weeks later, we go to the shelter. First question I ask is "Have the kittens we're looking at been vaccinated against Panleukopenia?" I was assured that, yes, yes they had. So we pick one and put it in our cat carrier, only for the vet at
I played Final Fantasy V a long time ago on an emulator. I got pretty far into it, and I think I had gotten all of the classes. I distinctly remember there being one optional dungeon that I couldn't go into because I would randomly encounter the Czar Dragon, who would whup my ass. It wasn't a boss or a scripted encounter, just a random fight with what appeared to be a superboss.
Here's the thing. I very distinctly remember the name. I was young but I knew Czar was basically the Russian word for King so I got the significance and remembering that name stuck with me, to the point that years later when I found out that the Czar Dragon was an enemy that was dummied out of FF6 and that apparen
I'm planning to run a game soon with some of my friends and somehow the setting being envisioned took on a very advanced steampunk/early dieselpunk vibe. This opens the door to a lot of cool options for me as a DM in terms of new enemies, villain-types, dungeons, etc. but I also know that I'm now playing outside the realm of what D&D is normally designed to facilitate. Does anyone know if there are any good rules resources to facilitate a more machine-heavy and technology-powered adventure or will I need to just homebrew the missing parts?
Recently I picked myself up and moved literally across the country to make my fortune. Presently, my cats are in the loving care of my previous roommates since I am living with a family member until I am firmly on my feet. However, at some point I WILL have to move at least two of my lovely creatures (the third may end up staying with a trusted friend, although if I can keep her I want to) and I want to know the best way to do it. I am wary of flying with them and a friend of mine has offered to make the drive with them, but it's a long drive and I am wary of keeping them cooped up in cages for that long but I also don't want them to run off and get lost in transit because we gave them to

gamedetective.wordpress.com/2018/02/26/turnin...I'm considering buying Street Fighter V for Steam, since I don't have a PSIV or XBox One and I was wondering if there was any drawback to using the Steam version I should know about? Is it buggy compared to console versions? Is there a healthy online community? That sort of thing.
Thanks!
My house is full of cats. The first cat we got, Jewel, used to be reasonably social and somewhat friendly. When we got our second cat, Wally, there was an adjustment period but they became friends. We got our third cat, Kori, and Jewel had trouble adjusting again, but things seemed to calm down.
Lately, though, she's been really grumpy/antisocial/hostile. She tries to spend as much time as she can outside, she's gone from standoffish to hateful from physical contact and she gets really hostile and sometimes violent when the other cats get close to her.
Does anyone have any clue what might be wrong and how I can get her to stop being angry all the time? My roommate thinks it's mostl
Hi, first time poster here. I work in a bookstore and have gotten them to let me do a semi-regular gaming group and I wanted to run the Star Wars RPG (preferably Edge of the Empire but maybe Age of Rebellion) but I'm not experienced enough with it to build my own one-shot adventure or effective pre-gens. Is there any place I could find these resources readily available? I could use the adventure in the back of the book in a pinch, but I'd rather have something a little less bulky to reference.
Thanks in advance!
Dungeons and Dragons gives us a ton of information to process, even just within the core rulebooks and I was thinking it would be cool to start curating it for the reader. Examples of what I'm thinking are like: "Class specialties that are good for melee combatants" or "Evil humanoid races besides Orcs and Goblins."
Are there any areas of the game that you guys think would be especially useful to have broken up and categorized?
Alright, so I do not have a ton of information. It was a giant robot sidescroller and was very similar to Cybernator or Metal Warriors (I thought I was thinking of Metal Warriors for a long time). I actually ruled out Cybernator and Metal Warriors because the American version of Cybernator did not have character portraits during dialogue (this game did, done in anime style) and the first mission was an outside assault (similar to the one in Cybernator but not quite). I really don't remember much else about it and I'm really hoping that the description just happens to trigger someone's memory of this specific game.
So far we've ruled out Front Mission: Gun Hazard and Xardion.
Edit: I'm
