What's up with live rosin chews?

Question? :snoo_thoughtful:

To keep it short I picked up a few packs of "live rosin chews" from Sunburn semi recently. 100mg of THC, 10 chews at 10mg each. After a few attempts at normal doses of one or two with no effect I ended up eating 10 in a single dose just to see if they would have a noticeable effect.. and they didn't!

I've had gummies from trulieve and growhealthy, both with effects from only a single 10mg dose so I don't really know what the deal is. Is a live rosin edible not comparable to a "normal" edible?

TW: bodily functions/illness/descriptors. I don't intend to go into graphic detail.

I share the same struggle that many of us seem to, where things like work and education have a ~1 year window before I get hit by burnout. For me this is accompanied by really intense physical symptoms that plague me on a daily basis until I withdraw from whatever the thing is that I'm burnt out on. It gets so bad that I truly and genuinely feel like I will end up hospitalized if I continue.

Now that I have written a buffer paragraph, I will go into a bit more detail on my experiences, using work as an example. I will get a job, sometimes I hate the job, sometimes the jobs have felt like a ticket to a dece

Hello, so I'm making a music visualizer, as you do.. and I'm trying to think of a more elegant solution to allowing a user to operate the order of a switch chop, aside from just.. using a parameter comp to give them access to that segment of the chop.

Currently I'm using two of the Audio analyzer comps, one being fed by an AudioFileIn, the other by an AudioDeviceIn chop, and I want to drive one set of parameters (which in turn, drive different visual elements) I'm thinking I can feed the AudioAnalyzer comps into a null that might be able use to operate everything down the chain. But since there's only two sources for the switch, I was wondering if I could make a one-button UI solution inste

Basically the title. I received this bass as a gift, I believe it was open box? The pickups are the nordstrand big splits. The buzzing is completely non-existent with the pre-amp bypassed. It's also fairly silent if the pre-amp is on and the treble boost knob is turned all the way down.. The buzz gets louder as you turn the treble boost up. It's also louder if you have the pickup balance knob centered. None of the other knobs seem to do anything at all, aside from turning the volume down all the way.

If I move my hand towards the pickups, it gets louder.. if I touch the metal on the bridge it gets louder. If I touch the pre-amp bypass switch it gets a bit quieter, and if I touch the metal

This might be well known, but apparently if you have chauffeur and someone votes for the global morde death realm, you either fight everyone as a 2v1 if the attached person stays in the real world. Or the attached person goes into the death realm and teleports around to wherever their teammate is, and can still attack, but is nearly impossible to kill on account of the teleporting.

Just had a game with Xin Zhao + Twitch chauffeur + twin masks and xin anvil rolling. Went from 8th to 1st place win as soon as the morde vote hit.

I've been on the lookout for a vehicle that can get me to school reliably and that would hopefully last a long time. I might have the opportunity to buy a very clean looking, no accidents, garage kept 2006 CRV (I think EX is the trim level?) with around 40,000 miles on it. The owners live out of state and didn't drive it frequently, but it's been kept clean and in a clean garage all this time. I think it's the "visiting for the summer" vehicle.

I'm wondering what I should look out for on a vehicle like this? The mileage is obviously pretty low for its age, but 19 years is still a long time. I'm also curious to know what sort of offer would be reasonable to make? I see prices all over the

I've had a 32.5 L Everki Beacon for about 12 years. Got it in highschool, and subjected it to everything I've done since then, whether it wanted to or not. School, work, camping, beach trips, hiking, road trips, air travel, stuffed full of boxes for tabletop game nights. If I needed to put anything in a bag, I put it in this one.

It did well, all things considered though I warrantied it once for a brand new bag about halfway through that timeline. This bag however is a specialist, marketed towards epic gamers who need a felt-lined padded pocket for every gadget they own. I need something more general purpose, with a main compartment that I can mostly organize myself and not have to work aro

Me and some friends are teaching each other our respective languages, but once you get past the sort of "hi, nice to meet you, my name is..." kind of exchanges, it's hard to think of and act out generic, daily life scenarios, especially when you're in a submarine or a field of flowers with space whales flying around.

Does anyone have any suggestions for maps that could be helpful for this sort of thing? Stuff like ordering food at a restaurant, going to a cafe/coffee shop, visiting a grocery store, going shopping.

Languages being learned are Chinese, English, and Japanese.

Alright so to preface, if someone doesn't just directly state that they're interested in dating I'll basically never know, and I feel awkward just asking outright for confirmation so I'm hoping maybe I can get some advice/opinions? Sorry if this is a long post.

I had a class with a girl last semester, we didn't talk a ton but she initiated a handful of conversations with me and was generally very nice. (We're both in our 20s) She happened to see me in the hall again this semester and caught up to say hi. I sent her a message later saying it was nice to see her again, we exchanged social media stuff. Talked a little there, not too frequently.

Then, sort of out of the blue she sends an inst

Does anyone else have one of these? I've had it for a couple weeks and I don't know if I need to tweak some settings or something else but this machine is inexcusably slow to perform basic tasks and I'm struggling to convince myself not to return it and try to find something else.

By inexcusably slow I don't mean like, taking a while to perform GPU heavy tasks, but more that it takes me ~15 seconds of waiting just to get the windows taskbar to show up, click file explorer, and display the file explorer home window. Plugged in, unplugged, performance mode, whisper mode, doesn't seem to matter. It takes roughly the same amount of time to just wake up from sleep, open a browser. Even navigati

I'm planning to go back to school this year. I had a bumpy start in community college which has left me with 3 classes to take that are going to run into the next financial aid year. When I filled out my FAFSA it said my aid would only be usable at one school. So, would it make sense to finish those last 3 classes at a state college as not to delay my start, or are there funding alternatives that might be worth looking into? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I'd like to keep from delaying things if I can.

Recently r/Braids, a SFW subreddit of many years has been getting swarmed by NSFW accounts advertising content, with posters and commenters who are breaking the rules via sexually suggestive posts and sexually explicit comments. The longtime users are upset, there are posts of young people and children sitting next to posts of women flaunting their bodies/selling highly sexual content, genuine users of the sub are being subjected to rule violating sexual commentary and it has overall become a gross place that completely goes against its intended purpose.

It's effectively abandoned by its mods. The head mod's account doesn't exist, one tried to get help from the admins so they could promot

I'm sure everyone has noticed that in just a couple weeks this sub has gone from the occasional post of a genuine person sharing their braids, getting maybe 20 or so up votes, with comments actually discussing braids to.. Several very obvious NSFW/onlyfans spam/advertisement posts a day, full of inappropriate comments that are at the very least breaking rule No. 3.

The Top of All Time posts of the last few years max out at a few hundred upvotes, and were made by people who were clearly here for hair braiding. Those posts are now being displaced by thousands of upvotes with submissions from less than 24 hours ago, which were clearly made with no other purpose but to get profile views an
