I've made gravy a few times where I drain the cooking liquid from a slow braised chuck roast and then separate the fat. Afterwards, I take the remaining liquid and thicken it with a roux to make the gravy.
Do I need to separate it, which is a huge pain, or can I just use extra flour or more roux to emulsify the leftover beef fat? Or do I need to separate it and use the beef fat to make the roux instead of butter?

"The Postal Service is continuing the suspension of Priority Mail Express and the shipment of live animals in the following 3-Digit ZIP Codes through close of business Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017."
So they are accepting and delivering USPS Priority shipments, when they say suspended does that just mean they're not delivering it Sunday or honoring the money back guarantee? Are they still delivering the packages?
I'm just wondering what that means since it's a bit unclear from the text on the USPS Service Alert page.
Hey Guys,
Thanks for answering all of the questions you guys do!
I work for a company which ships huge quantities of orders each day via USPS Priority, however every now and then a large number of orders don't update their tracking information in our state and usually end up updating in another state for their first update. This leads new customers to get confused about the shipment status, and accuse us of "holding" their order.
From the stickied thread it says:
"Our parcels move in large metal death machines-er... Cages. Each one has a barcode assigned to it. When a parcel is put into that cage, it will be tied to that barcode. Any events scanned to that barcode then populate for th

(After I posted this, I found that u/hustlintomturkey wrote a photo tutorial on this, mine is a bit more expanded in text, here's his http://imgur.com/a/MwLXf note that in his, he has removed the screws on the top side of the battery tray to get off the top battery tray cover, and the springs to expose the solder connection, but in my tutorial, I recommended not doing that as the solder joint is pretty much in the open even with it covered, it's up to you to decide if you can get to the solder joint without removing the top cover.)

I just got one, but haven't used it enough to have too much detailed of an opinion. I posted this so people could read mine but also Anyone else have their own opinions on this?
First impressions:
-
- I hate the O-ring held design. Doing it without threading makes no sense for the way the cotton is pushed against the juice holes from above.
-
- Weird ass wicking wicking, gotta line up the juice holes, and wick to the notches, and then, again, press the tank together (dumb).
-
- Fantastic airflow for a single coil, fantastic flavor using those two huge air vent, I like the airflow design a lot. I dislike the airflow adjustment design.

- I like that I can get rid of that stupi

I talk to people all day long concerned about what the future holds for vaping. And much is uncertain how everything will pan out 2 years from Monday. What we need is more information, more personal action to change this! It's within our grasp if we're not destroyed by indifference.
What is known is that by the FDA's own study, they estimated that there are 19,900 to 79,800 and only around 1500 product applications will be submitted and approved (the number of formulations must be wayyyy higher, and while they estimate 90% of applications submitted will be approved, there will be so little just beca
