So Culber couldn't pass through the mycelial membrane because he was made of matter from the mycelial plane. This meant that they had to send him through the bio-transporter thing, so he'd be reconstituted using matter from regular space.

This makes sense, and seems perfectly fine.

But I gotta ask - why could Tilly pass through the membrane? Wouldn't she also be made of mycelial matter if the transporter worked the way it did for Culber, so shouldn't she also be stuck there? What's the difference in their two scenarios? Why is she still made of normal matter after being transported, while the transporter replaces Culber's matter?

I figure I have to be missing something obvious but I can'

In that the even numbered episodes are the best ones, apparently.

S2E1 was better than most of S1, but not great. Bit of a setup episode, with loads of weird special effects that didn't make a ton of sense and detracted from the overall plot.

S2E2 was fantastic, with a classic Trek setup ("Humans where we don't expect them to be") combined with a fascinating glimpse into WWIII and prompting a legitimate debate amongst the fanbase related to whether or not the Prime Directive should or shouldn't have applied. That's some peak Trek right there.

S2E3 was a bit of a mess but at least the Klingons are Klingons again. It felt like a S1 episode though, which is a negative in my opinion at least

I'm a bit sick of fighting the first floor bosses, so I figured I'd go for the second floor shortcut so I can get straight into the actual action.

Thing is, I can't manage to get both three keys and 120 casings - I can do one or the other, but the tinker wants both at once in a single run and I can't manage to do it - I clear entire floors and the option just isn't available.

So how am I supposed to do this? Is there some underlying trick I need to know regarding how to get the most casings out of enemies or something? Is there an item I need? Because right now it seems entirely up to RNG, and it doesn't seem super probable either.

Edit: Did it. Guess I was just having about a 15-game-lon

Utopia as a goal is like the fire in a nuclear engine. Utopia in practice is stagnation; it's dry rot; eventually it's death. Which is precisely where we find the United Federation of Planets a few centuries after the last Age of Discovery.

This seems like a really interesting concept - Exploring what happens to a Federation that's lost its drive would be fascinating, and handled well I feel like it could provide some top-notch social commentary on the viewpoint most modern-day governments have towards space exploration (mainly as a waste of time and money).

The world concepts there are kinda cool too - the idea of a more spir

We've all gone over what everybody's favorite Federation ships are loads of times, but I haven't yet seen a similar thread dedicated specifically to alien ships.

My favorite is probably the Klingon Vor'Cha-class Attack Cruiser - it loses the slightly Romulan look that the B'Rel/K'Vort class has, and it just feels tougher and more aggressive.
