Hey there, I have 30$ to spend and was thinking about either buying Civ5 on Steam or arkham asylum/city. I'd probably go with asylum first, since its the precessor and so on. So I just wanted to ask, should I first get into Civ5 or the Arkham series?

Thanks in advance to any answers I might get!

In my and in the opinion of a lot of other LoL players, the current Vladimir is kind of broken. Mostly because of his sustain lategame. Now I have just a short idea of what could be done to kind of nerf Vladimir without hitting his tradenark, the sustain. I was thinking about nerfing the pool, so that you lose movementspeed while in the pool. That way you can for example not just happily pool out of every gank, and in Teamfight you wont be as mobile as before, which might make you thinking twice about pooling.
