I cannot locate the Loading Deck in the outpost building menu. I found the Empty Deck, and have scrolled through every single option under Structures, Misc, Storage.
I have: Uninstalled/Reinstalled the Creation, Uninstalled/Reinstalled Starfield. Started a new game.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious.

Anyone have any suggestions?

As an aside: I love this Creation and will continue to use it regardless of the Loading Deck.

I've never encountered this before. Have a base in the northern swamp, and fairly often some of my characters will take off running north.

They move incredibly fast (faster than their athletics skill would make possible) and sometimes don't respond to commands.

If I miss them taking off it's a hassle to track down which one is gone. They usually end up near Stack, but one made it all the way to the Fog Islands.

Anyone else encounter this? Suggested fix?

I've tried saving and importing with no luck. Disabled all mods, nothing. Happens with jobs on or off, and no jobs at all assigned.

I'm at a loss. Help me round up my errant olympic sprinters.
