My internet has been acting a bit slower recently but I couldn't place exactly why. I hooked up my computer directly to the router with an ethernet cable and ran a speed test, and I'm getting 5/mbps while other computers directly hooked up to the same router are getting 25/mbps.

In addition, a 20gb download is saying that it's going to take about 8-9 hours to download on that speed, which after punching some numbers in the calculator, is about 8 times longer than it would take compared to the 5/mbps it's telling me I'm getting. My speeds stay about the same regardless if I'm connected wirelessly or wired. What could possibly be going on here?
