Ordered a €120,99 (includes €19,32 Tax) item from Germany and just got a charge for £11.76 (£8 of their bullshit charges) so £3.76 charge.

I thought you didn't pay any extra VAT on items from within the EU, and even if you do that's clearly not the 1% difference between Germany and the UK's VAT rates?

This is the error message "could not write file".

Now obviously I googled the error and tried every single one of the results answers and have downloaded new versions of the launcher a million times between. I've even tried every combination of all of them. I have tried all 3 of the error buttons.

Removing all files (app data etc included) and uninstalling everything, I even removed all registry files, same error.

Tried installing on my laptop and a new user on the same computer, same error.

Tried running launcher as admin, same error.

Tried moving the shared cache using the instructions on the eve website, same error.

Been trying to figure out how ASUS UK returns work.

Basically my monitor (ordered on Amazon) just suddenly stopped worked after a year (almost exactly) nothing I have tried will get it to power back on. Checked the ASUS warranty and its 3 years.

This is the site I keep seeing being recommended but after working my way through it on multiple computers it gets to the last page then just refreshes the same page over and over. That was a week ago so it must not have worked as I never received a response.

None of ASUS's other web pages make any sense and dont help with actually getting anything RMA'd.
