Truck driver on Youtube - she 'eats', no sound beyond the wrapper, no eating done, but made to look like she is? The channel uses AI thumbnails so it wouldn't be a stretch to AI the entire thing.

v.redd.itHi,
As the title says: everyone in my current department is on a remote contract. My boss has clearly stated that there is limited room for progression, however in the event that a job role would open up to be promoted, this would also come with the added caveat of no longer being fully remote, and requiring office attendance. The office is in London however, with a majority of colleagues living at the other side of the country.
I'm just curious on if there's anything that can be done from my end to argue this point, as people are working remotely for a reason, and while some colleagues are happy to stay where they are, I don't think locking progression behind a change in working circum
Hi, as per the title:
I'm just curious, if I was to rename myself to say, for example, Spheal, would this be a breach of trademark and lead me open to Nintendo chasing me down?
Thanks in advance.
Hello, as the title says, I've been fully paid by the debtor following bailiff attendance, however am conscious this individual will still have an outstanding CCJ against them.
Is there anything I need to do as the claimant to mark this as paid? Google mentions something around an N443 form but that's if you are the defendant yourself, and the person who has paid the debt, rather than the person who was owed the money(me in this case).
Just wondering if anyone could advise. Thanks!
Hi, as title says, I had a CCJ against someone who has now paid following action by HCEO’s.
I’m just curious if the company themselves mark his CCJ as ‘satisfied’, or is this something I need to do myself, ie ring the court to let them know?
I have tried Googling this but unfortunately can’t find a clear answer.
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
I bought a car 2 months ago, pending repairs (ie I never drove it away that same day). I taxed and insured it later that same day, and the day following I was told the repair was done, however due to a new error with the ECU, they would need to send this off to a specialist which could take 7 working days. Long story short, this took much longer than the 7 days.
After 28 days, they discovered the ECU was beyond repair, and gave me a full refund. I have now transferred the car back to them via DVLA, and received my cheque in the mail for my refund, minus £27.50 (2 full months).
Do I have a claim to get the £27.50 back from the dealership? While I'm sure they will state that the E
Hi,
Does an onboard keg with Whirlpool Surprise for the +2 Sailing boost work for crewmates?
I can't see anywhere on the Wiki that confirms, just wondering if they can salvage Merchant shipwrecks at 25.
Thanks in advance
Hi, so sorry for the VERY vague post, I know next to nothing about cars.
I bought a car last month that needed a repair before picking it up. When they did the repair, they noticed a light on in the ECU(I assume the engine light, but I honestly have no idea), and said this (the ECU) needed to be sent away and could take 7 working days to be fixed. It took 11 working days to come back to them, and now it has, they're saying it needs to be sent away again for R&D, which takes an additional 3 working days.
Essentially, long story short, bought a car 08/12, still haven't received it due to errors with the ECU.
Am I being fobbed off here? I feel like nothing on a car should take this
Good afternoon,
As the title says. I bought a car from a dealership around 3-4 weeks ago, pending a quick repair of the shock absorbers. This was completed a day afterwards, however I was informed by the dealer that due to a light coming on with the ECU following the repair, this would need to be sent away to be fixed which takes 7 working days.
That was obviously much more than 7 working days ago. I taxed and insured the car essentially the day after purchasing (my error in hindsight, however I was time limited in insuring due to writing my previous car off, needed to switch the policy within 28 days or it would cancel). So essentially I've now paid for about a months worth of tax a
Good afternoon,
As the title says, unfortunately I crashed my car last month (nobody else involved, just me and my car going into a hedge). My version of events is that I was going round a bend, the traction on one of my back tires gave way thus leading to the car to spiral out of control, and sending me into a hedge at 30 MPH.
As mentioned, nobody else was involved, nobody stopped afterwards, so there is no evidence in the form of eye witnesses or dashcam footage, and no local businesses that have CCTV footage showing what occurred.
The traffic officer who attended the scene believed that I was driving without due care and attention, and thus has reported me for this.
I find it ex
