I need some serious, to the point tips on how to improve my build. I tried to read up guides but I end up just getting more lost and confused what is the current way to go.

I was trying to grind up Shattered Realm or Crucible for legendaries, but I don't seem to be getting through SR 38 when the 4th shard bosses oneshot me. Crucible I've ran through all the way to 150 on Challenger, but gave up on Gladiator since I wanna update gear and since game likes to crash eventually if I go from 1 to 150. I've also managed to complete the whole game and DLCs on Ultimate with it.

Basically the title, wanna know if anyone played both Dungeon Siege game and Grim Dawn, and how similar they are. I have played out both to death, so many times over and over during last two decades, so I am craving for another game with similar feel, but yet different.

Also if you have another recommendation, would love to hear it!

I don't know if this is intentional (seems like an odd choice if it is), but I cannot change themes at all now that the astrolabe is fixed. That is, I can't even access the decor podium. The icon doesn't appear and the podium isn't interacting anymore. Persists through reloading.

Started up the game after quite some time to finish up the last achievement I need for legendary. Very quickly noticed that, for some reason, the game that ran smoothly without issues now has a lot of texture glitches, especially the one mentioned here. There are some more framedrops when a lot of fire/shadows is involved, but those are minor.

This glitch occurs only in cutscenes, never outside them, and is happening to almost all NPCs to some degree. Alva mostly just loses shadows, while on the quest for Thebes, nearly all Quen switched between their real faces and complete black heads. On the contrary, Gauntlet Run Tenakth were glitching between their default faces and completely white he

I didn't pay much attention to quests since the last update as I was quite busy so barely kept the streak alive with a lesson from reminder. Anyway, I can't pinpoint when it started.

However, the past few days I noticed that XP daily quests do not get completed and count XP in a very weird way. I do not get awards, it does not progress achievements or monthly quest, and in some instances I overshoot the XP required by far - I just got 100 XP after resetting a course and testing where my knowledge is at. It asked me for 30 XP for the quest. First it counted it as 23/30, then when I went to the quest tab, it climbed to 30/30 and visually looks completed. No reward, no advance in monthly/achi

The Dream Visitor told me to consume one of the parasites and now in the Journal the quest sits on that objective. Can I just ignore using any and all illithid powers/tadpoles (from other infected), or do I have to consume them to progress?

Aka any tips on how to lower the intensity of the game as much as possible? Yes, I know there are low settings, but if you know which particular settings affect the system the most so I can lower or turn them off as well, I'd appreciate it!

Or am I too late for that? I was planning to buy the game on one of the sales way after release, but due to ending up better financially than I expected at this time, I can finally treat myself with this masterpiece! Just curious if I'm still eligible for the upgrade they mentioned at release.

I bought a cheap sponge tool for nail art a few days ago, and while I saw the rust dots in the store, I didn't see they were actual rust through the plastic and thought it was just decorative or something (that's what I get for forgetting my glasses lol).

The tool has two sponges at its endpoints, then two metal cylinders and a handle filled with decorative stones. I can't remove the sponges without damaging them. Same with metal parts.

Any ideas how to remove rust without destroying the sponge or the whole tool? I'm not keen on the idea of drenching it in acid (vinegar or citric or any), and I don't know if grinding paper will do more damage than help.

Hi! I got a notification that it would be possible to view the northern lights tonight, and while I was lucky to catch a glimpse before clouds and fog took over, I think I could've picked a better spot as well.

Any recommendations about how to pick a great spot when in city - either in general, or since I'm in Turku currently and the forecast for this weekend seems good, I would appreciate a specific spot too :) maybe I'll have more luck these days.

I know preferred players can't do OPS quests, but can they join OPS groups at all? I don't play OPS much, but I love joining world boss hunts. Want to know if that'll still be possible if I become pref.

Has anyone else noticed their companions malfunctioning on Ruhnuk? Refusing to heal, getting oneshot, sometimes completely refusing to any actions (fight, heal, whatever)?

Not just after the mouse droid mission, it happens randomly in general and while summoning another comp or resummoning the current solves it temporarily, it happens again eventually and it's not even an option when it happens in the middle of combat.

All my companions have 50 influence and it's not tied to just one.

Just got back after newest update. I have everything in really small fonts but suddenly ability descriptions became disproportionately big compared to before. However, I can't find the appropriate setting to reduce it. Can anyone help?

PS. just realized there's no server connection indicator either, can I enable that too or is it gone for good?
