I'm looking for a location in Great Britain which fits my criteria:
I'm looking for somewhere scenically beautiful that I can show my friends on our road trip. The British equivalent to Yosemite but near the ocean.
We recently had one of our French contractors die who was a key component in designing some software for our company.
We are wanting a policy which makes the company the sole beneficiary and want to know whether we need to make our staff sign a waiver or document so that we can do this.
We are wondering if we can get life insurance on our out of state and international employees and contractors. We're California and New York based, and have no idea how to go about this or who we contact or whether this is legal.

I'm an Advisor to a President of an LLC which owns the entity entirely at 100%.
The Company is evolving and roughly five people will be getting partial ownership of the company (25% equity) before the end of the year. Most of them have different nationalities (Canada, Europe) and the President wants to issue two different types of stock, however they're concerned that moving to a C Corporation would involve heavy paperwork and not sure what to go with l, what do you think?
How are people comfortable with these salaries? These salaries are horrible.
I ordered pizza online and used my us cell phone. The pizza delivery driver called the number since he couldn't find the address and had to go to a different house since he couldn't call my phone and he eventually got here however he told me that it wasn't right doing that and I feel bad now and my night feels ruined
I was looking forward to the Patriots storyline. Kinda disappointed they cancelled it. What is the story on Siege? Also will this game have dedicated servers because I'd hate to be in matchmaking.
