Hello r/garmin! I was wondering if someone can help me out. So recently I picked up the instinct 2x solar watch, which I loved except the fact that the HR monitor won’t read through my tattoos (had a older instinct tactical that had no issues with this). Does anyone have a suggestion for a watch that is similar to that which may work with my tattoos (with similar features/price)? Anyone have experience with this?

I have been looking at the “flat flashlights” like the streamlight wedge, nitecore edc27, streamlight stiletto, etc. I cannot decide no matter how much I research. I do executive protection work so I have a few perimeters: must be at least 500 lumens, tail switch perferable, long battery life and won’t accidentally turn on in my pocket but is quick to deploy. I know this is very specific, but that’s why I’m having a tough time. Any recommendations would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

I was introduced to Slaughter to Prevail by a friend. I really like their sound and style and am looking for similar bands out there. Let me know, appreciate the help!

I figured this is a long shot but thought I’d ask
