I’m playing as France, and my vassals and fiefs are happy when at peace, but when at war, they all flip disloyal after raising their levies, as their comparative strength rises. Issue is, then they sit and don’t do anything while disloyal, until the war is over and they return to normal. How do I handle that? Is it a bug - or are there other ways to increase loyalty (liberty desire is all 0)

Hey yall, I was wondering if anyone knew if/when the ticketbay app will be back up for the season?
The inner EU4 player in me really wants to be able to press the claims of my vassals to feed them and create nice borders. Would really be a welcome addition tbh
As it stands, both the Panama and Suez give little besides prestige and a free territory, since the canals need subsidies to remain functional. Why is there no toll income? Or the ability to close the canal to enemy/belligerent powers?
Unlike the other exploration journal entries, it seems that if you fail the Antarctic expedition it won’t let you try again. Is this a bug?
I’ve noticed in every game, after 1900 most AI nations go through a never ending chain of revolutions and secessions. This is particularly frustrating since relations may reset, and also the AI drags you into these constant wars.
My other hope is that colonial provinces (particularly in Africa) get reduced infamy for conquest, since the cost scaling by population seems an odd metric in this case.
