I was using Pine's to compare damage values for attack sets shared by Brutes, Scrappers, and Tankers, and noticed that across the board, Scrapper versions of powers had 65% higher base damage than Brutes, while Tanker versions had 6.7% higher base damage. This held true for all the power sets I looked at until I got to Titan Weapons, then things went way off. Scrapper versions of Titan Weapon powers all had 53% higher base damage than Brute versions, while Tanker versions had 33% higher base damage.

Is this data accurate? Am I missing something here, or is Titan Weapons really just arbitrarily stronger on Tankers than they should be?

Defense debuffs are still -70%.

The Formula

Damage = (Attack * SkillAtkMultiplier + Stat * SkillStatMultiplier) * SkillEnhance * Hit Multiplier * Element / (Defense + 300)

Attack and Defense are the final values listed on the character sheet, not base values.

SkillStatMultiplier is a separate multiplier built into certain skills that scale with stats other than Attack. Stat is the corresponding scaling stat, such as HP.

SkillEnhance is the multiplier that comes from upgrading skills with MolaGoras.

Hit Multiplier = 0.75 on a Miss, 1 on a normal hit (small gray numbers), 1.3 on a large hit (big gray numbers), and Critical Hit Damage on a critical hit (red numbers)

Element = 1.1 if attacking with elemental advantag

When the Seventh Star update hit, people complained about lack of variety in skill builds since you could just max every skill. Certainly, it reduced the thinking required in this deep and intricate game of complex strategy. However, there is good news! With Ravian, you can think about skill builds again! Because now, her skills are so bad you might be better off not putting points in them at all! Let's go through her skills one by one.

Despite complaints, stacking actives are still very good. Ravian's gives her only source of attack power, and it even allows her to crit. Definitely one of her best skills, max it right away, no question!

Serestia is insanely broken.

It's true, but not for the reason everyone thinks. Her teamwide paralyze is really good, no question, but the real broken skill that's flying under the radar right now is Dark Rose Garden. BB has made the mistake of putting -remaining HP on a skill that doesn't require attacking the GK and has no cooldown. This opens up a new PvE cheese tactic that will change the meaning of OHKO.

Since then, I've realized that a lot of players have a severe misunderstanding of DI, so I want to address that.
