I watched an interview with Terry crews and he mentions that he has bcaas during his fast. How do bcaas not break you out of the fast state? The brand I have is labeled as 5 calories a serving(which I'm not sure how) , which obviously would still keep you in the fasting state. Are amino acids / essential proteins digested different than normal proteins?

I was just messing around with nicehash, and was testing the mining power of my cpu using the windows miner v2.0.1.8. I noticed that the miner was only using 8 of the 16 cores on my 7820x. Is Nicehash limited to 8 cores or do I have it misconfigured?
