Me and some friends are flying to Krabi soon. Where would you recommend we stay? We were planning on Ao Nang or Railay Beach but saw there's a lot of negativity about them. Where else in that vicinity would you recommend for 3-4 days? We plan to go on days trips out to different places

I used a hand saw to cut down lots of overhanging branches and bushes.

Afterwards my hands, wrists, fingers and forearms felt stiff and painful. I thought it was because I've never done it before.

However 3 weeks on, the pain and stiffness is still the same. Any ideas on how to alleviate the pain?

I have a whole list of injury/pain troubles but I'll concentrate on the main one giving me grief for the past 7-8 years...

I am in constant discomfort and pain locally in the front of my shoulders/ rotator cuff area whenever I perform any movement with a bar or dumbell. So essentially any press or pull motion causes sharp pain. I can't even get into a plank position or a press up position without it being irritated. Even carrying light weights cause pain e.g. a book or a box.

Also you know that feeling you get when you hit your funny bone? I have that constantly in both elbows which runs all the way into my wrists and tops of fingers.

I'm about to embark on my first home improvement project.

It's a family members house that needs doing up which I will be moving into when all the work is done

I'm planning to revamp the kitchen, 3 small bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms as well as the living room.

Essentially it will be taking everything out and replacing it with more modern units and sanitary ware.

What advice can you give me?
