Even after the new patch, the game is still wiping my saves on PS5. Unbelievable.

I've seen other people still having this happen, too. My best guess is that the bug is tied to your PS5 system's Souldiers save data, and after you've been affected by the 'vanishing save file bug" once, you will always be affected by it until you actually go into your PS5s settings and wipe the data completely.

I just did this and started a new file and the game seems to be saving and loading just fine now... For now, anyway.

Take a look through this sub and you'll notice a pattern: pretty much every post is someone complaining about a bug, a glitch, or some kind of technical problem with the game. I myself am one of many PS5 players who liked the game enough to finish it, only to have their saves wiped out. From the sounds of it, the Switch version barely functions at all.

As far as I've seen on here and on twitter, the devs haven't posted anything in weeks. I understand that these things take time and shouldn't be rushed, but can we get an indication of where things are at, or whether or not we should be expecting fixes at all?
