Story:

Last Christmas I got a Boss DS-1 from my mom, brand new, off Sweetwater. I was so excited, and went to plug it in... It didn't distort at all. It only got louder. I had to turn all the knobs all the way up to get any distortion at all. Even then, it was minimal.

So, I replaced the battery, tried it alone, nothing nothing nothing. So, I called Sweetwater and they said they'd call me back and never did. Long story short, life happens and I just finally got a replacement. They tested this one to be sure it worked too.

Nothing. Same issue. I don't understand!! I have a Helix Phaser and a RV-6 that work amazing, and I'm using the same exact setup with this one. I just cant figure out wh

Long story short, the other day me and a friend were pulling out of a parking lot and hit an inner road curb. It seperated the turning lane for the cars traveling right to the left lanes.

The sun was in our eyes (sunglasses on and windows were clean) and I compensated for two lanes, not three, hitting the curb and slashing my tire.

The curb was grey and blended with the road in the low visibility, and I was trapped having to drive into oncoming traffic to get safely to the next parking lot.

Luckily everyone was ok. I would have never hit it if there had been a street sign there. When looking at the road on Google maps, there used to be one! There should have been a R4-7 "Keep Right" regul

I'm a very anxious driver, I didn't want to drive for the longest time, and finally got my license at 18. I'm almost 20 now, and I'm not as anxious anymore, but I still am a bit.

I'm not the best driver in the whole world, but I think I'm relatively decent, I don't speed, and I use my blinker overzealously, and I always check my shoulder about 50 times before merging or anything...

But today I was a complete idiot.

Where I live, there are barriers in between almost all our roads. It's really stupid. It makes driving more difficult because there are a lot of right/left turn only lanes, and you have to do u-turns all the time.

I am a musician, and really want to post covers for now, but I don't plan to profit off them. I know people do it all the time, but I don't want to get in trouble.

I even see big bands reposting covers, so I am confused about the legality. There's no way every Marysue657 paid for the copyright.

(Specifically talking Instagram and TT, not YouTube. I know you need copyright there to not be striked.)

The answers online are vague or if they say you can't, it confuses me because EVERYONE does it.

Where do my rights stand on this as an artist not looking to profit off of these recordings, and taking their own creative libraries?

Thank you in advance my friends. 🕊️
