The specific sound I am talking about starts with the drop at 55 seconds. A lot of the sounds in this drop seem to follow a similar sound design. Its a bunch of noisy distorted basses but they sound really clean.

I started with a basic saw and some FM. I was also messing with vocoder in Ableton and was getting some of the noisy aspect by turning up the sensitivity parameter. On top of that I was using Roar and a really sharp LFO on the volume. But im not really getting the sound I'm looking for. Anyone know some techniques that can be used to achieve this kind of sound?

I’ve started doing a sensitive assay lately that requires me to pipette volatile solvents. I seem to have the most difficulty with IPA. After consulting with various resources I’ve gotten so much different techniques and advice that I have no idea what’s right anymore and I’m losing confidence.

My current technique:

  1. Go to first stop
  2. Place tip just below surface of liquid.
  3. Pre wet tip about 3 times or until no bubbles are blown into the solution. During my first pre wet, I remove the tip from the liquid and fully blow out. For the subsequent ones I leave the tip in and go up and down to first stop.
  4. Slowly aspirate liquid at a horizontal angle
  5. Touch tip to side of c

I'm upper 20s and just opened my first IRA. Now to choose what's best for my current situation. My taxable brokerage account is:

  • 80% FXAIX (500 index)
  • 12% FIGFX (international growth fund)
  • 8% FMSDX (Multi-asset income fund)

Firstly, im thinking of simplifying this and potentially just keeping it all in FXAIX. Especially since im now opening an IRA that i can use as an opportunity to diversify.

I have a traditional 401k at work that I'm just doing the minimum to match (i only have to contribute 4% of my income to get 15% with employer match, its an incredible deal). I honestly dont know what its invested in though. I rolled over my old 401k into a personal IRA at fidelity and have it

Both games are currently in early access but planned for full release this year. They’re obviously very different in terms of gameplay but I’m a big fan of both FPS and ARPG style games. They both seem challenging which I like. Which one hooks you more? Replayability is important too since I imagine I’ll restart once the game is fully released.

I have clean ops installed. Do I need to create a private server in the purple menu in order to be protected or can I just launch solo through the native menu as normal?

I’ve noticed there are hardly any zombies lobbies in clean ops while there are hundreds in the vanilla browser window. Are all those servers in the vanilla server browser risky? I thought there would be way more lobbies in clean ops.

I downloaded clean ops becuase ive read that playing on the vanilla servers can make you vulnerable to REC malware. But there is only 10 servers that all have 1 person in them. When I look at the vanilla server browser there are hundreds of zombies lobbies. I thought the clean ops browser would have more lobbies than the default browser. I want to play with people but want to do so safely.

Side note. To play solo safely with clean ops, do i need to make a lobby through the clean ops browser to be safe, or can i just load solo as normal as long as i have clean ops installed?

This is the first piece of classic literature I’m reading and went into completely blind. I read the introduction and feel sick to my stomach as I feel I just spoiled the whole plot. I even read online the importance of AVOIDING SPOILERS and the very first thing in the book is nothing but spoilers.

It’s only broad strokes of the plot that are spoiled but still I feel I’ve lost a lot of interest in reading it now… why. Just why…
