Hi all,

Apologies if this is a dumb question but I don't want to use the wrong product and ruin the shoe, its an expensive pair of running shoes \~£160 so making sure I do it right.

The grip on the heel of one of the shoes has delaminated from the foam as you can see from the pics.

What would be the best way in repairing this? I'm unsure what type of adhesive would be best for sticking it back on.

Thanks for the help

First mini in 15 years (Battle Sister Cannoness) - great fun ☺️

Life's stressful at the moment so I looked back to hobbies from my childhood as a means to relax and focus on other things - I remembered painting my dwarves and imperial guards about 15 years ago and loved it.

Been watching videos for a few months trying to learn and I found them pretty relaxing too.. But I finally bit the bullet and bought some models to paint and a nice set of AK interactive paints on the recommendation of an account I follow on insta.

This took an embarrassingly long time to paint (about 12 hours) as I kept opening youtube videos trying to figure out how to paint capes, how to paint the muzzle of the flamethrower pistol etc but overall I'm happy with how it went exce

Hi, unfortunately a bottle of shower gel exploded in my suitcase staining and maybe ruining my only pair of dress shoes, I didn't notice initially so they probably soaked the shower gel in for a day or two.

I'm a bit skint at the moment and would rather fix the stain if I can but I'm not sure how to go about it without ruining them further - does anyone have any suggestions or is there no hope? Pic attached

Thanks
