Because my account is no longer suspended I can't contact the admins with the same path I contacted them to appeal my account suspension. I get this error message:

You cannot submit an appeal

Your account is currently neither suspended nor restricted. If you are trying to submit an appeal for another account that is suspended or restricted, please log out and log in to that account.

Revolut and Wise have card security settings that many other banks and payment service providers don't have (for example, only magnetic stripe transactions and online transactions can be turned off without affecting chip and PIN transactions).

However, there is one setting that I have not seen anywhere - to only allow online transactions after confirmation by the user (not only for 3D Secure transactions but also for others).

Basically, I am thinking about a setting to disable online transactions that are not 3D secure.

It's stupid to restrict you by having to enter an additional verification code or to confirm through the application when you make a legitimate transaction, while thieves

I asked whether they accept a temporary passport, emergency travel document, or a copy of the passport (instead of a regular passport) and they couldn't give me a clear answer.

They claim that agent stores operate independently.

Therefore every agent store independently decides what are the required documents for receiving the money transfer (in physical cash).

Customer experience:

I've talked to Western Union Colombia and they keep insisting on my physical passport. I've lived in 13 countries and always been allowed to use a digital scan of my passport in every other country but for some reason Colombia insists on the physical document.

Imagine this hypothetical scenario: I need to send money to a friend who lost his passport, wallet, and phone. Can I send money to another person who deducts a fee and gives the rest to my friend in cash? Does this breach Revolut's terms of use?

My understanding is that anything related to a money mule scheme is against Revolut's terms of service regardless if the money is from legal sources and for a good cause (to help someone who lost his passport, wallet, and phone).

Revolut's terms generally state that users should not use the service for business or commercial purposes unless explicitly allowed. Sending money to another person who then acts as an intermediary may fall into this cate

Please share your experience with fiat platforms for SEPA transfers to cryptocurrency exchanges.

Vivid Money works for deposition to Binance (via Bitfinity UAB).

Wise - does not accept the account number of Bitfinity UAB, on the website is written that does not accept transfers from Binance, but accepts transfers from EU-regulated and UK-regulated cryptocurrency exchanges. They removed the text from their help page stating that transfers to cryptocurrency exchanges are not possible.

Revolut - mixed reviews.

Bankera - mixed review.

Zen.com - high fee of 1% for depositing, 0% for withdrawing.

Dukaskopy - terrible fees for transfers to crypto exchanges: 0.5% minimum EUR/CHF 25. There is n

Please enable an alternative way to pay for the withdrawal fees (with fiat currency instead of paying with cryptocurrency).

Paying for any other fees (like exchange fees) would also be useful if the user can select which way to pay (there should be settings "pay all fees with specific fiat currency" - with a drop-down menu to select the preferred fiat currency; if there is no balance in that fiat currency other currency in the list will be used).

Context:

Paying for fees with cryptocurrency triggers a tax event. It's like buying a candy with cryptocurrency.

For this reason, I propose cryptocurrency exchanges to allow payments in fiat currencies for the fees instead of paying in cryptocur

I am using the Hungarian branch of IB and the currency conversion is without a fee when I initiate a withdrawal of EUR the typical behavior of the system is to exchange USD to EUR automatically without touching the GBP balance. Is there a way to make the system first exchange the GBP and then the USD (after the GBP balance is zero)?

I buy mostly EUR and USD assets but have some GBP dividends and don't want to pay a fee for manual currency conversion.

Do I get in my statement about the cashback the value of every crypto cashback in EUR?

I am interested in the value of the cashback received in EUR to pay correctly my taxes. The value in EUR must be valid at the moment of receiving the cashback.

I need this information before opening the account (to decide if it's worth it). If no correct tax information is found in the statements it's better not to use the service (since there is no way to turn off the cashback feature). I don't want to get in trouble because of some euro cents of taxable income.

Is it possible to withdraw from an ATM? How? By adding to Google Wallet or otherwise? I am using an Android smartphone.

Why there is a "Chip and PIN" setting for the virtual cards?

If I want to withdraw money from an ATM do I need to enable only "ATM withdrawals" or both "ATM withdrawals" and "Mobile wallets"? Or also a "Chip and PIN" need to be enabled (on top of other settings)?

Why you don't have settings for the user to choose how many iterations of the KDF to be applied and the type of the KDF (i.e. PBKDF2, Argon2)?

Can you point out where in the source code are the relevant lines?

I read that you use bcrypt, but with what settings? Why not use memory-intensive Argon2?

I just tried to login to my LastPass account (I made to test the service some time ago). LastPass required me to click on a link received to my email address in order to confirm that I am me. This means that if I lose access to the email account I am locked out from the password manager!

Nowadays the major "free" email providers delete the account and make it unavailable for new users (due to privacy reasons they say, but the real reason is that the price of the data storage increased). Also, it's possible that making email accounts expire after a year of inactivity is influenced by privacy regulations. But if this was true only accounts without 2FA or with a weak password would be subject to expiration. And why paid accounts do not expire due to inactivity if it's a privacy regulation?
They usually offer a paid plan but for larger storage space.
I don't need much space and there is no point in paying for it, I need just about 100 MiB for example.

first, the instructions on how to log in via sftp are incomplete. The username and the server are clear, but regarding the password for the login the instruction is:

There is no clarification on what $OS_USERNAME and $OS_PASSWORD are.

They are "OpenStack User" and "OpenStack Password". But how to get these details? It's not obvious. It took me some time to figure out that I needed to use this path:

"Project Management" -> "Users & Roles" -> "Create user"

But this does not work. On the console (Browser's Developer Tools Console) I see error 403 and other errors when trying to create a
