Hello, returning player that only played during pre renewal. Managed to convinced my SO to play with me and she's been really enjoying playing as an archer, just became a hunter. I've been playing as a merchant that just got to blacksmith. I chose blacksmith because of the greed skill, thinking that I'll need it to loot for us but I really dislike the fact that it costs money to use the attack skill.
My question is, would it be cheaper long term to play as a knight? I dislike having to manage money just to use the skill, but maybe that's minimal cost once we get to end game.
I've been able to buy SC using a credit card and bank wire to cash out. Initially when I set this up, it asked for banking information and it's been there since.
I want to close out the bank account that is tied to the the Breeze system that stake.us uses, but when I tried to cash out money last night, it never gave me the option to change banking info. Contacted support and was told to reach out to breeze directly... Just wondering if anyone has had to deal with this. Thanks.
Hi, just wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for waterproof paint to go on my exposed foundation, basement wall and stairs. After doing a bit of research, I was planning to get a 5-gal bucket of Liquid Rubber USA sealant for everything. Any advice at all would be appreciated. Thank you.
Somewhat annoying but just noticed this squeaking part right under the air vent after driving it for a day. I only hear it when I go over somewhat big cracks and pot holes. I can hear the squeak when I push at the plastic under the air vent. Has everyone had this similar problem? Should I just bring it to a dealership for something so minor? Thanks for any advice.
Hi, I'm picking up a 2016 chevy volt tomorrow. Today I also recieved a quote to do a hardwired installation for $800 for L2. I was told to also get a $600 charge point hardwire on amazon. Altogether this would end up costing $1400, which seems a bit high to me. Is there another way for me to get L2 charging at home for cheaper? Thank you.
Edit: forgot to mention that the install is for outdoor, and I have no outlet at the front of my house. So its wiring from my panel to out front.
Hi, trying to buy a used volt gen 2. The 2016 premier has 26k miles for $20.7k. The 2017 LT has 13k miles with leather seat, navigation, and back up camera (which are the top 3 things I really want) for $21.8k.
Im kinda leaning towards the 2017, but I'm not sure what else I might miss out on for the premier. Also not sure if the 2017 has a major upgrade from the 2016. What do you guys think is the better option? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
So just a bit of background. When i first moved into my house months ago, I was approached by a sales rep for solar panels. Back then I only had the electrical bill for 3 months to show the rep, and I signed the lease agreement. The expected usage for me was calculated to be about 4500 kwh and design was for 5300 kwh annually.
Fast forward 6 months to now and my panels are finally online for about a week now. I went back and check on the usage for the entire time since I moved in (10 months). It seems like I'm probably going to be using about 3000 kwh annually. So I'm basically going to be paying for the extra 2300 kwh a year.
Not really sure what to do with this, I just wish I had waited
I'm not sure if this has been posted already, but I just want to share my opinion on this. Haven't tried the new Final Fight LTM yet, but I really miss the last team of 20 LTM. Having played both 50v50 and team of 20, I think team of 20 is a much better experience. The majority of the time in 50v50, it's a landslide victory for one team in my experience.
Meanwhile in team of 20, squading up and trying to win a match is often a challenging yet not impossible experience. My friends and I aren't great at this game, but we all agree that team of 20 is a lot of fun. Just want to share my thoughts, thanks.
Hi, First time landlord here in MA. I have tenants who have been living upstairs for about 3 months now. They are partying almost every weekend (I told them quiet hour is 10pm-7am during the weekdays, what a mistake that is), despite telling us that they rarely ever do so in the beginning. I'm pretty annoyed with them and just want to get rid of them asap.
I just got a text from them today saying they're buying a gazebo for the backyard. Under the lease, it says that resident cant make "Alterations on or in any portion of the premises without the written consent of the owner except as may be provided by law". I just want to make sure I'm correct when I tell him no, he can't buy and put up a
Hi, I'm a relatively new home owner that just tenant that moved in recently. The unit above has thin (5mm) vinyl plank flooring with some soft underlay. We didn't think too much of it when we first moved in because it didn't make much noise when we did some walking test.
Our recently moved in tenant is a couple. The boyfriend is a heavy set guy and thus the floor would creak loudly when he moves around. I'm getting used to the noise, but I would like to learn more about how I can reduce this creaking sound if I were to replace the vinyl planks with something else.
The choices right now is either go with carpet, traditional hardwood, or engineered hardwood floor. I dislike the carpet opti
This probably sounds weird but I have an A.C. slot in my living room. We bought the house fairly recently and still has no clue what to do with it. It's a literal hole in the wall for a window mount ac unit. I want to keep it because we only have one big French window (?), but I have no clue how it's going to be during the coming winter. Just wondering if anyone else been in this situation and kept the slot.
I'm trying to get hardwood floor for my kitchen to match with the rest of the house. Currently the kitchen plywood is sitting on top of the subfloor at maybe 1/8 inch lower than my kitchen. My contractor suggested getting 3/4" hardwood flooring to overlay on the plywood, which will have to slope down to meet the rest of the house and sand down the plywood at the door entrance.
Am I wrong to think that we should be ripping out the plywood to get to the subfloor? Before putting in the hardwood.
Hello, not really sure where to ask this so sorry if this is the wrong sub. My second unit bathroom is being gutted right now and the plumber inspector told the GC that we need to install a washer/dryer hook up upstairs. We have a set up in the basement which is accessible through the bulkhead in the back of the house. This is our plan A of attack when we go back to talk to the inspector. This is being done through a 203k rehab loan so inspection is required every step of the way.
This whole thing seems really insane to me because there is literally no room to put a washer/dryer upstairs even though it's a 2 family. My question is how common is this? Am I crazy to think that this is unreas
