I was hoping maybe someone had an answer to this.

With all activities and the story out of the way, Multiplayer is pretty much the only thing that keeps me playing the game. I appreciate getting hacked by other human players "randomly". But I noticed 2 blatant details:

1. There seems to be a major cooldown (Maybe 20 or 30 minutes?) before another player invades you again.

2. Sometimes when I invade players, they appear to already be ready for me on rooftops overlooking through the only camera that points at them on the roof.

Do people really sit it out that long for players to invade them? Is there any way to increase the odds players invade you? Does Blume bo
