Using all the perks which add more strike aircraft and fighters: 'Air Supremacy', 'Direction Center for Fighters', 'Patrol Group Leader'. And also assuming that both bomber squadrons start their restock rate at the start of a battle lasting 20 minutes (which isnt realistic but whatever).

Bombers: 16 + 1200 / (65 x 0,95) = 35.

Skip Bombers: 16 + 1200 / (65 x 0,95) = 35.

From the patrol fighters: (8 + 1) x 8 + (8 + 1) x 8 = 144.

From the catapult fighters: 6 x (8 + 1) = 54.

Total = 268.

According to Wikipedia she only carriered 32 irl, so thats over 8 times more. Lol.
