I've checked the charging contacts and connectors, and everything appears to be fine. At this point, I'm wondering if the battery has simply reached the stage where it needs replacement.

This isnt a complaint..its just my lack of experience with the product. ( i hope so ) so ya..I have my base station in my ground floor , and cant go around carrying it all up and down ,.I am just taking the robot to the first floor, and wash the mops manually in intervels. but the robot, so stubburn it wants to wash itself. it is returning to the base station after every room ,( i changed it by playingg with wash by area , time , room option ) but its not doing the trick.. i need to know.if i can just command the robot to do mopping..without it going back to the station..just like how i can vaccum ..
Hey I purchased an L10s pro ultra heat vaccum cleaner. 3..4 days back . This is my first vacc mop and though I have gone through alot of videos and reviews of the same ..i Still got some doubts.
1 when does it extend the mop?😕
on the day I tested it for the first time..it did the mop extensions and I was entirely new to the app I didnt know what I was doing.

It only does mop extension and edge cleaning in clean genius? routine clean?
.it just did a mopping in routine mode , I cant see it extending the edges. the edges of the room are still dirty...
