I was having a really shitty week (physically, emotionally, and mentally). Things aren't really as one-sided as my previous mini rant make them seem and some of our issues are of my own making--I bottle things up and have a hard time sharing, I put expectations on you without communicating them to you and get upset when you don't meet them, I do much more than you ask me to and then feel like you owe me. My rant was just a rant out of frustration after a very frustrating day. Later that night, you noticed I was upset and asked me what was wrong, waited for me to gather my thoughts, thanked me for sharing my feelings, apologized for making me feel like you didn't care, and then assured me tha

I love you. I've never said it because I've been afraid of how you might react. You're weird about stuff like that and don't like it when I seem "too attached." But I do love you. A lot. I drove 4 hours to see you today. Tomorrow I'm going to drive you 3 hours to take you to the airport. I never mind doing little things for you or big things for that matter. I'm happy to help. I'm happy to just be around you. But when I was doing stuff to help you this week I realized you wouldn't do the same for me and that hurts. I don't want to break up. I love you. But I don't think you even can love me. I don't know what to do. I'll take you to the airport and keep your car while you're gone and take wh

Hey, I just graduated college and am living a few hours from home. My housemate and I were supposed to see my family tonight and meet them at my brother's house for pizza and hanging out, but now there's an awful storm between me and them and my parents have told me not to make the drive. Especially since my windshield wipers are broken. Would love some pizza if anyone wants to help me and my housemate out. Thanks!

I'm not entirely a lurker, but I definitely spend the majority of my time on the site just reading and upvoting. I would like to be more active in communities pertaining to my interests, like poetry. I'd love to share some of my poems online, but I just can't work up the nerve. Anyone able to relate?

I love storytelling in all its many mediums, but books are especially near and dear to me. For quite a while now, I've been thinking about starting a podcast that would center around storytelling. I was thinking it would be interesting to include reviews, discuss techniques and literary elements, author backgrounds, and common themes. I'd really like to flesh out my idea a bit more before I begin and I thought I'd come here to see if there would be any interest in this kind of podcast. Also, what would you like to hear about in a podcast about storytelling and literature?

Life is good and I just want to talk haha. Tell me about your day, your hopes for the future, or your thoughts on life. I like discussing ideas so tell me about some of yours. Feel free to ask me questions, too.

Things are really good in my life right now. Incredibly good. My internship is going really well, I'm living with some amazing housemates, and I just started dating one of my best friends. Everything is good, but I can't stop worrying and overthinking and over analyzing things. There are a lot of unknowns and firsts going on in my life and my brain keeps thinking the worst of things. I'm trying not to let my fears and worries control me. I'm afraid that I might ruin all that's good in my life right now by acting on my fears. Any other INFJs do this? Any tips for how to quiet worried thoughts?
