I work at a grocery store in Arizona and for the past 7 months I feel I have been unfairly treated by my department manager. The union contract say that the employees are suppose to pick from available shifts based on seniority. Since transferring this store I have not been given this option despite have the third highest seniority in the department. My union told me I needed a complaint in writing for them before they could help but both times I went to a manager to file a written complaint they ignored me and insisted on talking it out. So imagine if after a Grimm was killed we could see non-grimm bits fall to the ground. It could be a grimms stomach content containing pieces of armor and weapon the grimm swallowed will eating someone. There could also be weapons and bullets that get longed in it while fighting. If a giant grimm died there could be a comical amount of bullets falling to the ground to show how much damage it was able to take or an ancient grimm dying to reveal flint arrow and spearheads to show how just old it really was.
