I’m having trouble interpreting whether my husband would be eligible for Citizenship-by-Descent or not.

Gen 0 was born in the US and immigrated to Canada in 1904. They naturalized in 1909 based on the 1911 census and other documents.

Gen 1 was born in 1880 in the US and did not immigrate to Canada. He was 28 and in the US when his parents naturalized.

Gen 0 lived in Canada continuously until their death in 1930. They were buried in Canada.

Does the fact that Gen 1 was already an adult when his parents naturalized break the chain of citizenship by descent or would my husband still be eligible?

Thanks for any help on interpreting the rules for this scenario!

I haven’t been able to link our USAA accounts for 3 months now. We do not use the cyber token. I opened a ticket and followed up on it once but they just said there’s no ETA. It was working fine, then in late June the transactions stopped coming through but the totals were still updating. Opened the ticket and waited a month or so, then I tried deleting the connection and setting it up again, but it’s just been sitting in yellow. This is our main account so not having it makes the rest of the tool useless. Any ideas on trying to get it working? Is anyone using an alternate tool? I don’t really need a budgeting tool-I mostly use it to track towards early retirement, check on all our investmen

Last February I suddenly started feeling sore and fatigued out of nowhere. I chalked it up to my period coming and decided to skip my daily workout to rest. There was no traumatic event leading up to it, the onset was very sudden. Instead of getting better, I got worse. I was taking hot baths to try to relieve what I felt were sore muscles. I was getting more fatigued, tremors, and had difficulty getting out of the bathtub myself. When I would get out, I would be so dizzy that I would just lay on the bathroom floor for a while until I felt like I could stand. I also would lose control of my

I’m currently undiagnosed. All my blood tests have been normal except adolase which was below range. I have a single brain lesion and none in my c-spine. I have an appointment next week for an EMG and NCS.

Heat triggers my symptoms and I get increased tremors, fatigue, muscle weakness, etc. It usually takes me a day or two to fully recover. I was thinking about triggering myself so they are testing me when I’m at my worst, however my husband will be traveling that whole week and I work full time and have a 5 year old and 6 year old that I will need to transport to and from daycare and take care of myself. We don’t have anyone nearby that can help.

Is it worth it to make myself feel wor

For the last 3 weeks I’ve had trouble breathing, chest pain, and a cough even though I didn’t feel like I had a cold. I ended up going to urgent care thinking I might have pneumonia or something. The doctor couldn’t find a reason for my symptoms but felt that my thyroid was enlarged so he ordered an ultrasound and tested my TSH levels. My TSH came back normal, but the ultrasound found a 3.3 cm mostly cystic nodule on the right side of the thyroid.

I was surprised since I had been in a car accident six months earlier and had CT scans and it hadn’t come up. Today I logged into the hospitals portal and saw that they had seen it on my CT scan but apparently no one mentioned it to me! The s
