Hi,

The company I work for is wanting to switch from Gusto to Zoho payroll. I just realized that Soho payroll isn’t automatically emailing the employee to fill out their W-4 and gather their direct deposit information like Gusto.

That has me concerned. I’m trying to Google but I’m not getting a straight answer so I’m hoping somebody can can guide me. Does Zoho pay the quarterly tax payments themselves or will we have to do this ourselves? Do they automatically send out W-2s to employees or will we have to do that ourselves?

My husband and I rewatched over the summer, but I’m missing it again haha

My PA was approved. My pharmacy is Costco.

They just quoted me $300.

I’m wondering if anyone knows of a coupon or something I can give to try to help lower this cost.

I do have the Zepbound savings card, it should be on file with Costco with my old insurance. I assume they applied it. But will ask to make sure.

Our little King can’t see standing water without splashing it. So sadly my preference of water bowls is not acceptable in our house haha

I’ve tried upside down water bowl things too. But he splashes.

He doesn’t splash fountains. But man are they a pain to clean! The one we have now, is about 90% dishwasher safe, but the pump isn’t. And it’s getting so gross; no matter how much I clean it, the nooks and crannies are beating me.

Am wondering if anyone here knows of the perfect combo for both my little splasher and me.

I want to get the double nationality with Mexico. These are the only appointments I see available.

Are any of these appointments the appointment that I would need? I tried calling the consulate. I’ve tried on the WhatsApp. I’ve tried asking before as well, and this is proving to be very difficult and I just wanted to double check and make sure that I’m not missing something.

Hi, My dad was born in Mexico.

I want to be a Mexican citizen also.

I called the 424 number, the person told me there aren’t any appointments right now but to keep trying. Every Wednesday. (I guess at midnight cause 8am apparently everything was already booked.)

What I didn’t realize to ask him was, what exactly is the name of the appointment I’m looking for?

I tried to look online and their WhatsApp.

Denver (the preferred location which I told the guy) apparently has: “Pasaporte, Matricula consular e INE” available, but if I understand the guy right, this isn’t what I need.

Also, if anyone by chance knows how far out the Denver appointments for this are booked out, I’d love to kno

Hi I just got my 2024 1040 from my tax accountant.

I’m married filing separately, made between $47,026 to 291k. So I think puts my long term capital gains in the 15% tax bracket.

I had sold stock, not real amounts, but for this I sake I’ll say I bought stock for $15k and sold it for $25k. Owned for more than a year, so long term capital gains.

Which means I made $10k. I also sold a short term gain for like $100.

I see this math on Schedule D. I see how in 16 it says to add this line to the line 17 of the 1040. So I see why my tax account added 10,100 to my 1040.

But this $10k seems to be lumped in with my regular tax rate, which I think is 22%.

Hi! I’m still learning about crocheting.

Looking at yarn, the chenille aka plushy yarn I see are made of polyester, which is basically plastic. And for some health stuff, I’m trying to limit plastic in my life.

I was wondering if there is any yarn that makes plushy type amigurumi, but isn’t made of plastic?

I’m looking at some wool options on hobbii, but someone bright up that one was scratchy. I’m guessing that wouldn’t feel nice?
