Old ballast was GEM220TS120/2-DIY used with two F40T12/CW/4100K.

Trying to use the same lamps with this ballast. Did I pick the wrong one?

I work for a parent company that owns smaller companies with different disciplines (home health, hospice, rehab, palliative, etc). Each of these unfortunately use a different EMR. Has anyone had any luck creating a universal facesheet so when someone calls in, staff can pull up the same style facesheet for the patient regardless of which company/emr they're in?

So far the only ideas I've had are standardization related. IE standardize telehealth policy, standardize project management software, etc.

My payments come out of my paycheck automatically. I normally do nothing and the other parent gets paid. As of today she told me she has not received a payment since 11/12/21. I log into the child support website and see that her statements are true and child support logs the issue in the same way she described. I tried chat and calling and nobody knows where the missing money is. My work says to contact them, they say to contact my work.

Also, does FL still not have local CS reps? Anyone know?
