I'm looking for creative solutions to center an off center light fixture in my bathroom. I'll try to get a picture attached but basically it's not centered above the sink - it's very noticeable.

My original idea was to make my own frame for the mirror and attach the light fixture to the actual frame to center it. I would run the wires behind it and probably make a cutout behind the frame so everything sits flush.

Any other ideas? Looking for DIY and cost effective.

I'm purchasing my house TOMORROW! I want to paint before moving in furniture and things. I'd love to change up the kitchen cabinets. They look like oak. Almost an orange tint to the wood? Maybe it's just the lighting. There's black granite countertops and black appliances currently. I plan to update those soon, I'm leaning towards the matte steel look. (Steel matte? Did I say that right? Anyways..) I want to paint the cabinets a white/light/off white color. Is this a feasible DIY or should I consult a pro? Any tips? Suggestions? Thanks y'all.

*I can add photos tomorrow!
