Off Center Bathroom Light Fixture

I'm looking for creative solutions to center an off center light fixture in my bathroom. I'll try to get a picture attached but basically it's not centered above the sink - it's very noticeable.

My original idea was to make my own frame for the mirror and attach the light fixture to the actual frame to center it. I would run the wires behind it and probably make a cutout behind the frame so everything sits flush.

Any other ideas? Looking for DIY and cost effective.

Seems like you could get a multiple light vanity fixture with a back plate and center the fixture over the sink, but run the wires across to the box.

I believe they have multi-light fixtures that have it so the mountain plate can be adjusted so you can position the full fixture centered how you want it. At least that’s what my last multi-light led fixture allowed me to do.

how about one of those LED mirrors and cover it, use that wire for the power source

Kind of an ugly idea, but you could use a pendant or double pendant in that space.
