I am wondering what features an Emporia EVSE would lose in some possible future where cloud features were turned off.
Most importantly, what about set amperage? Would that reset to a default setting?

I’d like to get a second battery for my Sinch ST to swap in on long rides. I can’t seem to find the battery covers listed.
I don’t even care if the cover matches the green of my bike. I’d just like to have one to have that extra layer of protection as well as keeping the bike looking “complete” when I use the second battery.
Are the Sinch v2 covers the same?
That wouldn't keep me from ever watching it, but I'm in the mood for something currently that doesn't end on a cliffhanger.
Trying to avoid spoilers, so hence asking.
Or even just a magazine or a website.
Trying to work on my reading skills, and I've just started learning Spanish. I don't have room right now for a lot of physical media.
Trying to figure this out without spoiling the game for myself.
I have no problem with romance being an option in games. More roleplay opportunities is a good thing, and having the opportunity to choose NOT to do something is welcome.
I'm just wondering if it locks endings out? Are endings dependent on romancing particular characters?
Spoilers obviously.
Okay, so is there no way to get No Sudden Moves again after you head to New Game Plus? It seems like repeating the Constellation story leads to the Hunter casually mentioning that he blows Petrov into a million pieces, so you never get the quest to go get his artifact.
If I skip the Constellation quest line by telling them I'm Starborn, do I get to see Petrov again? It's a minor thing, I know.
Considering a second set of wheels for the winter since I am currently living in a snow prone area for the first time in 25 years.
I wouldn’t mind going down to 16 for cheaper tires and some reduction of the efficiency drain of tires that are not low rolling resistance. However I don’t have tons of cash on hand to use on trying and returning multiple sets of rims. So any testimonials would help.
I’m particularly concerned about brake clearance and offset.
I know that u/emporiaenergy posted how they believe it is not a concern in the evcharging subreddit, but I would like to know if there has been any further planning or clarification on how this is compliant.
Currently I have an Emporia EVSE on a 30 amp circuit, and it is set to 24amps with a 30 amp breaker in the user interface. I also fully understand that in a worst case scenario, my breaker should flip off.
However, other units I have used in the past have actual hardware toggles or dipswitches. The NEC compliance there is quite clear.
The Emporia unit is only really protected against reported breaker amperage by a FOUR DIGIT PIN if someone can finagle remote access into it, is my un
In my case, I do have a couple of mobile EVSEs that can work in the various locations I park in.
I was about to buy an Emporia Level 2. However I already have a Tesla Mobile Connnector, and it seems counter productive to buy another device that may someday have to have an adapter.
Do the same 'rules' apply for a 14 30 NEMA with a 24 or 16 amp EVSE on it? As in, avoid Leviton, try to get a Bryant, Cooper, or Hubbell?
Or am I overthinking this, and a 24 amp load on a 14 30 is less of a fire risk than a 32 or 40 amp load on a 14 50.
I‘m curious because I was surprised to see that this review from TorqueNews of an Emporia unit did test it on a Class A GFCI circuit.

I know I'm an odd duck but I really truly hate prequels.
HOWEVER, I've noticed that if I play a prequel first... well... I don't get grumbly about it.
Can I play Redeemed /first,/ then dive into the rest of XC3? Or does Redeemed end in an alternate timeline or some other plot point that doesn't actually lead into XC3, making it really more of a side story?
