Hi all, I used to be on here a few years ago while I was in a flare up. Well, I had a particularly stressful fall and like clockwork I flared up again just before Thanksgiving. My main symptoms are an irritation feeling at the tip, frequent urination (on bad days every 1-1.5 hours), urinary hesitancy (but doing a quick pelvic floor relaxation exercise usually gets me past this), and some pain in my gluteal medius.

I started back in PT last week, added some stretches and did some external releases. The PT I saw last time seems to have moved on, and this PT sees men but doesn’t do internal work (she refers out if it’s needed). That isn’t ideal, but I’m trying to give it a shot for now and got

I started Lexapro at the end of 2021 after a particularly bad bout of anxiety and panic attacks, dark intrusive thoughts, ruminating, the whole nine. I was on 10mg to start, went up to 15, and stayed there about two years. I came down to 10mg about a year and a half ago. About 3 months ago I finished a taper down from 10mg and had been off the med and I thought I was doing fine. Two weeks ago I had a triggering event that brought back the dark intrusive thoughts and ruminating, so I decided to start the lexapro back after unsuccessfully trying to handle it myself for a week, and knowing the kind of stresses I have coming up (last year of grad school is the biggie). I started at 5mg for a wee

There are plenty of online communities where people who are so inclined can go and bash the other side to their hardened little heart’s content. This isn’t one of them. It isn’t profitable and it isn’t welcome.

If you are from TEC and genuinely interested in what’s up with ACNA and not looking to pick a fight, you are welcome. This is primarily a space for ACNA members and others interested in provincial news and online community.

This is not a place to stir the pot.

I’ve locked two threads today that were headed in the direction of unprofitable conflict. If you are ACNA, there’s probably several reasons you aren’t TEC, and vice versa. Fear God and be humble.

I'm working with a trainer who is helping me develop workout plans for the days I'm not working with him. He likes to do supersets which is fine, but I'm having trouble setting that up in Bevel. It looks like I have to manually add each alternating set rather than there being a way to set up a superset and then define rounds. Is there any plan to add something like this?

Hello! Like the title says, I have a new home (my family closed and moved in mid-August) that was newly constructed by a reputable builder in our area. For the past month or so, we've noticed a musty smell coming from the main bathroom, which we think is coming from the shower drain. It is worse when the bathroom fan is on (??), seems to be especially noticeable when the washer finishes a cycle and drains (though I'm not convinced this is entirely causitive... there's been as many times when that happens and there is no smell). We've had the builder reps out as part of the warranty service, they smell it and brought out a plumber but all we got out of that was that the plumber didn't detect

I took one of the recent chat logs that has been posted and copied over into Anthropic's ClaudeAI and asked it for an analysis of the log and attempt to provide a reasonable root cause analysis for issues to try and diagnose/troubleshoot. Here's the feedback:

Here is a summary of our interaction and findings regarding diagnosing the root cause of ChatGPT's repetitive text:

Overview:

- We were analyzing a conversation log where ChatGPT started outputting repetitive, incoherent text after initially being coherent.

- The goal was to identify the root cause of what triggered this change in ChatGPT's responses.

Analysis Process:

- I initially misidentified

So I’m coming in here to tell you I thought my toddler had crapped his pants as I laid him down to sleep until I realized it was whatever roasted broccoli dish she had made coming out of the oven.

So I'm trying to separate a column that has a comma separated list of IP addresses. The list is variable length, but I know from past experience with the dplyr separate() function that I can just use the max size of the list and just make sure I have max_list_size elements in the "into" field of the function. What I'm having trouble with is how to programmatically define an array of new column names for the separate() function. For simplicity, I'd like to have the column name be a set pattern with a numeric suffix, like "Host1","Host2","Host3",...,"Host*N*" where *N* = max(list_size). I can use rep(Host,N) to handle the repeating character string, but how do I tack on the numeric suff
