I wanted to ask that if the RAV payment delays have been resolved or are there still delays?

A friend of mine submitted his IPA form last week and his application is approved already but hasn't recieved payment yet.

Last year when i was on RAV, i used to recieve payment on 25th of every month.

Can anyone guide me? If there are delays, how long does he need to wait to get his payment?

I am a beginner to golf.

Started like a month ago. So far i have been doing practice sessions, trying to get the angle and movement right.

I usually practice once a week.

So heres my issue. The golf club where i practice charges 15 euros for renting the clubs and 5 euros per bucket. I often use 3-4 buckets which ends up totalling to around 35 euros per session.

I was thinking of doing more practice sessions per week so i can fix my angle and accuracy, but the cost adds up to alot.

I was thinking since during practice, i usually only use 5 iron or 7 iron and driver, i should buy a single iron to practice on and make myself familiar with it.

Hello So i need some help. A friend of mine lives in vergers meyrin and he was away for work this weekend. He put his plants on the balcony (ground floor) outside the window so they could get the sunlight etc. When he returned yesterday, one of his bonsai money plant was stolen. Now i know this might be a very small deal but to him the plant had emotional significance as it was gifted by someone important.

So i was recently doing a task where i knew the error and just didnt know the exact css fix. I knew exactly the line error might be coming from. I shared the same information with Cursor (Claude 3.7 Sonnet, Gemini 2.5 and Auto)

All of them kept over engineering and didnt fix the problem.

I then copied the same text and pasted it on Claude web version. Told the same issue and shared a smaller code snippet (which i felt was causing the issue) and it immediately suggested 1 line change which literally fixed the issue exactly how i wanted.

I dont understand. The same model in Cursor failed to do this but web version immediately understood it without even having the full context.

So i have been using cursor for a while now and following this reddit and documentation, i created cursor rules.

Now the thing is, in the rules i clearly mentioned 2 things:

1: Never guess a solution or a bug. If you dont know, just say i dont know.

2: Never run any build commands especially bun run build etc.

3: Every PR description should start with "This PR solves ...."

But i noticed, cursor still does that. It literally doesnt follow the rules. I dont know if i am doing something wrong or are rules just not that effective?
