Up until recently, I had no issues, but now when I'm playing music through the Youtube app I get a lot of pauses in the first few seconds (and then intermittently) on certain music videos. These all seem to be still-image videos, which is really weird. You know, not music videos, just music playing over an album image? Anything that seems to be "Provided to Youtube by ___".

I've tried different speakers, and it works just fine going to the TV from my PC, so it just seems to be an app issue. I've tried reinstalling to no avail.

So I've been seeing this a bit lately in randoms... BLMs starting AoE on mobs with fire 2, without a fire 3 first.

What's the verdict on this? When I've had a parse up, the numbers are pretty similar, so I'm curious if there's been discussion on this.

Since switching to Windows 10, I have a weird issue in-game. I'll be playing, and the speed at which the mouse rotates the camera increases dramatically. I've tried fiddling with Windows mouse settings, Logitech mouse settings... Nothing seems to fix it. It randomly reverts to normal, but I can't seem to figure out what's causing it. ;.; Any thoughts?

Never had this issue with anything else... Is it a DX11 thing? Really only discovered it by accident.

I couldn't find an answer to this, so... Do previous collector edition owners get the C.E. items again like we did for ARR, or do we actually have to buy a new C.E. again?

So... I'm trying to fire weave on BLM, but I often get stuck casting a fire 3 when following the instructions. Is this a lag issue?
