How you do stay sober on weekends? For me going home after a long week of work and drinking really gave me something to do, something to escape with. How do you stave off the cravings when you are just sitting around with nothing to do? (I'm on home detention so I can't leave the house to go on a walk or hike or anything)

I'm forced to not drink, I'm under house arrest and on probation due to a DUI on Sept 25th. I had a cop come by my house last night to take a random breathalyzer. If I didn't have all of this going on I would probablly be drinking, why? Well it's because all my mind will let me remember is the good parts, small as they may be. I remember the warm feeling, feeling happy. Why can't I remember the sickness, the darkness, the seizures, the feeling like dog shit? Please remind me, please tell me your darkest pain brought on by alcohol use.
