I had a leak near the condenser(outside unit) and my technician fixed the issue. When I asked about the status of the overall system technician mentioned it may die soon as the A-coil is rusty and recommended the replacement. The unit is just 7 years old. Lennox and sadly not under warranty as I bought this home recently. What are my options? Is the current state that bad?

I am a newbie and purchased a new construction home in the suburbs of Raleigh, NC. I made a ton of mistakes as part of the deal. I wish can go back and fix those mistakes. I m here to seek help and suggestions so please go easy on my mistakes.

As part of the closing, my builder (local builder) gave me a note saying he can finish the sunroom within 90 days after closing otherwise going to pay 3200$. And also he didn't give the appliance check of 1200$ as part of the closing (my other mistake was not settling as part of the closing). We are a group of 3 people invested in stocks(and other ventures) and having a net worth of 200,000 USD. We do not have any realized gains on the investment we made so no need to worry about taxes now. I would like to know if we can save on taxes if we form as a company and do invest rather than as an individual. I would like to know pros and cons of each approach and expenditures involved in both scenarios.
