So I have a 30ft HDMI cable that I use to connect my PC to my living room TV whenever I want to play on the couch. It's not always plugged into the TV, when that's the case should I also unplug it from my GPU as well?

Looking for a cheap second monitor for work at the office as I got used to multiple monitors at home. Don't care about panel type or refresh rate, just prefer it to be the same size/res as the one I already have.

Activated as well as I don't have an AMD card and don't know if the spoofing still works

So I just recently upgraded from a 5600X to a 5800X3D and have not been able to notice the higher lows that others have reported on the new CPU. Upon investigating, I noticed that the CPU utilization was rarely going over 10%. I have installed all the drivers and reinstalled Windows. Not sure if there is something else that I'm missing since I've seen other benchmarks of Cyberpunk with CPU utilization in the 50's.

System Components:

CPU - 5800X3D

MB - Asus Prime X570-Pro on latest BIOS

GPU - 3080 FE

RAM - 32GB 3200 C16

OS - Windows 11 22H2

Resolution - 3440x1440

Games on SSD

I used HWiNFO and not sure if maybe what I should be looking at is the CPU Utility?

Even the benchmarks aren't that different than what I was getting with the 5600X. Benchmark was High preset with DLSS Quality and HDR on.
