Can you get rabies from a roadkilled skunk?

Looked like some crows were picking at it or something on the way back.
Temp was 77oF, 66%, UV was a 5 an hour later when I drove buy it.
I didn't' touch the tire, just the door closest to the tire
The body didn't look really mutilated, no major blood, no obvious inner body stuff showing.
The head seemed intact and could see the face.
Looked like if there was hit it would have been on the tail end.
After driving by the skunk, I would have opened the door on the side the skunk was closest to.
Drove past the skunk a couple times, the body seemed pretty intact in general not flatten.
Seems like it was a fairly new roadkill.

Any chanc

Had this bump for 5ish years with no changes. The dimensions of the bump seem to be 3 mm width and 4 mm length, less than 1mm in height, and doesn't seem to have any depth. When I try pushing down on it, there's no pain and I just feel the muscle underneath it. There's multiple healthy hairs growing out the cyst, in the middle and near the edges.

Doesn't feel hard, but not exactly soft either. Kinda feels like there's extra skin on top of the area. And there's no feeling on the bump it's self. It still keeps it form when pressed, and moves with skin when you push the cyst a little bit. The whole bump moves as one object when pressing down. No feeli

How is the job search in general going for most people?
I've been out of a programming job for the last year and 3 with no luck on finding a new job.
I'm just curious if it's just, if is .net programmers in genera, or is everyone having a problem and it's even hard to get a fast food job like mc donalds, or subway or something.

So, I've been out of a programming job for the last year. I've been looking the entire time with no luck. Even though I have 5.5 years of .net experience.

Recently, since it's been so long since I had a programming job and it just looks bad to have such large gap. I've decided to put the main project I've been working on at the top of my resume before the work history to fill in the gaps.

Working with C, C++, C#, Vulkan(Graphics Api), creating DLLs, and calling them with P/Invoke in C#.I've also added in a few of the separate tools that I was working on. Would a strategy like this work to make up for the employment gap?

So the basic layout is:
