My observations

*Tempo is king because every deck is busted the game winner is 8/10 the player who can pump out stats faster[Especially in the first 6~ turns] and relying on your opponent running out of steam is no longer a reliable game strategy. - Example card that strongly fits this is something like [Backstage Bouncer] which I think is much stronger than its winrate on HSR suggests.

*Chip damage to the face should be prioritized because there are so many broken decks you need to give yourself the option to attempt an all in play when things quickly go south.
[Example - Your opponent plays a Rheastrasza but they're on 30HP = you have no chance / VS they're on 15hp you can attemp

I purposely chose to work afternoon shift because I get paid an extra 15% over the dayshift.

I'm a late sleeper anyway so finishing work at 11pm does not inconvenience me much and the drive home at night is smooth with all the roads being empty.

Wanted to see if this is the reason why you guys chose to work these ungodly hours.

I had a small chocolate egg today, someone else gave it to me for Easter.

It was 6 grams of sugar.

This is the first processed sugar I have had in 4 weeks.

Now I am psychologically conflicted, have I broken my streak or is this within the realms of okayness?

From what I have read the soil where Maca is grown in Peru tends to be quite polluted from mining and as a result contains very high levels of lead and other heavy metals.

As a technicality the levels are classified "within safe limits" but no doubt each time you consume Maca powder you are also consuming a micro dosage of harmful substances.

Looking to see if there is an alternative source of Maca that isn't from Peru.

GF oats are about 50% more expensive where I live so seeing if you guys have any insight here.

Is this mostly a marketing gimmick or should I really be buying the GF oats to be safe.

I feel like even if there is some gluten contamination it is going to be very minor, I don't know if I should be paying 50% more to prevent potentially tiny trace amounts of gluten.

My local pizza store offers gluten free but I'm worried because this is a niche product if they don't sell much the dough isn't going to be freshly made because of low demand.

For their regular pizzas they usually have like 100 trays prepared but I can't see any GF doughs there.

Anyone have experience with this?

Some tradie was telling me the reason why so many people are intolerant of gluten is because the wheat we eat now is made to grow as fast as possible in an "unnatural way".

This means when the wheat is harvested there is significantly more gluten present than in any wheat our ancestors would have consumed 1000 years ago.

Sort of similar to how 1 bottle of coke would have been an entire months worth of sugar for a caveman.

Can Of Sprite which has No fiber + 40g of Sucrose = I feel fine.

Large Fuji Apple which has 3g Glucose/14g Fructose/4g Sucrose = My body crashes within 10-15 minutes.

This doesn't make any sense unless the problem is the Fructose from the apple is direct whilst the Sprite Fructose needs to be broken down from Sucrose first.

Theoretically the total Fructose dosage from the Sprite is actually higher than the dosage from the Apple so it doesn't make any sense.

Anyone have experience with this?

15 grams of sugar from fruits will cause an immediate crash where I feel extreme fatigue within 10 minutes and all my muscles freeze up. [I've tested this so far with Apples, Watermelon and Sweet Corn].

But interesting if I consume 15 grams of sugar[sucrose] from a chocolate bar I feel fine which doesn't make any sense considering fruits are lower GI and have no chemical additives compared to a chocolate bar.

The only different I can find is that fruits have direct fructose whilst the chocolate bar contains sucrose but doesn't this break down into fructose anyway?
