I recently purchased solar panels through a loan program that will lock in my monthly loan rate after 18 months. The idea is that the tax money I get back is rolled into the principal of the loan and then the monthly charges are fixed after that time. Since I did my solar panels in December and already received my tax return I now have $11k sitting in my bank account that I need to pay back in July 2022. I'm trying to figure out what the best idea of what to do with the money until then. I checked into it and there is also no penalty for paying with a credit card or making multiple payments towards the principal as long as it is in by July 2022.

I'm on the Xbox One and I was coming across a glitch after the update where I couldn't choose my M46 Patton for a battle. If I trying to queue as a solo it would tell me 1 out of 1 players is not ready and then the game would soft lock without me being able to select another tank. Only a restart of the game would allow me to get back.

I discovered the issue is that while I had the tank fully researched (did not buy next tier yet) before the patch the tank is now telling me that I'm only half way through the research phase. So I had components selected on the tank that I had not researched yet because they were a part of the package I owned. I suspect this happened becaus

I know the Xbox One and One S are capped at 60Hz but I have not seen anything about the X. I'm looking to buy a computer monitor for my future X and I don't want to over purchase on specs if I can't use it.

After watching the video that pointed out the different read/write speeds of the iPhone versions (link) I was curious about my new phone's R/W and I'd love to hear others check in with their different models.

My buddies are I have done it. We purchased a Cowboom xbox one and are ready to create a dedicated server (once it comes in). We have a few questions that maybe some people can help answer.

1. Do we need to purchase a separate xbox live gold account for hosting the server?

2. Do we need to purchase another copy of the game?

3. Does anyone have any tips and tricks that we need to watch out for with the Xbox installation? Plenty of these exist for the PC server side but not the Xbox.
