I recently bought a second hand xbox original and a copy of halo ce. When i boot the game, sometimes it is in German, and sometimes English.

This happens regardless of what the system language is set to.

Right now it's German no matter how many times i restart it/change the language.

But i managed to play the first two missions in English last week, so I'm super confused. I didn't change any settings in between, just didn't turn it on for a week.

Is the console modded? How can i tell? It looks like the original xbox dashboard.

I want it to always be in English, does anyone know what's going on?

Graphics/art style: Low poly, dark themed, minimalist. Maybe kind of gloomy/eerie, but I found it comfy. Not realistic at all.

Notable characters: The player character was a kind of robot with a PC monitor head, I think you were able to switch to other strange looking characters.

Notable gameplay mechanics: Standard golf. You could get in a golf buggy with a rocket booster on the back.

Other details:

It was standard golf, but set in these very strange looking dark levels.

I could do it by making a texture for every letter and then loading them as the textures for specific meshes but I'm sure there must be a better way.

I know he is very bad. But I played about 10 games as him in a row and in literally every one my opponent quit or sd'd after I got a stock off them.

Is he considered especially annoying or boring to play against? It just feels bad to have games thrown because of it. I kind of feel like this post will get downvoted and ignored because of it

Love the game but the calorie/weight system is just too much tedium and micromanagement for me.

I love micromanaging my equipment and loadout but micromanaging exactly what to put in my stomach and when really bores me
