I was still debating about my choices next year, but this government is turning me away from them.
The workers have the right to strike, and the two parties have been given time to negotiate. Yet at this stage they still couldn’t figure out, while leaving thousands of Canadians in the dark, can’t move on with their lives. The wait gets difficult each day, with more and more people getting affected by this strike, including the postal workers.
This is the time the Government should have stepped in, either to the favours of the Union, or the Corporations, or combination of both, or release of parcels temporarily while the talks continue. But yet here we are, refuse to do anything. And not to
Minister of Labor came out to say arbitration is not in the cards this morning.
All hopes for my parcels are gone. What a Christmas to remember. Incompetency for every party involved, including the government.
Hi everyone, I'm all in for strike for fair pay and fair benefits, as I really appreciated my local CP delivery guy for getting stuffs to me all the time.
Just want to see if I have anyway to retrieve my 2 parcels that have perishable items sent from abroad. The current tracking said they have been approved by CBSA customs and have been released by CBSA and sent to delivery company for processing. The contents are perishable and having been in transit for at least 1 week now. Just wondering if it's possible for me to call in and pick up from warehouse. It was last processed in Mississauga.
I just moved to the area recently and was wondering how cold it can get in winter. I moved from North York Toronto so I expect it should be somewhat the same, but might as well check for your opinion. Also just got a puppy so it’s the everyday walk that I need to mentally prepare for 😅
I have this happened on multiple occasions. The 91 bus along Bayview just drove to one of the stops and sat there for another 5-10’ despite no one on the bus knew what was happening. I thought the drivers wanted to go to washroom but they just sat in their seats the entire time. This happened multiple times during the rush hours in the morning and in the afternoon too, with both male and female drivers. Why did they stop in the middle of route and hold up passengers like that?
I just moved to RH with all the new furnitures from IKEA and etc. The seller left me two blue boxes for recycle but those wouldn’t be enough for the amount of cardboards I got from the packaging. Does anyone know where I can take them to dumb that big amount of cardboards? I’m talking like 15 big empty brown boxes.
Thank you in advance!
