First, thank you to everyone who replied to my previous post.

I wanted to post an update because I recently learned something that completely changed this situation.

After trying to get information, I found out that my partner apparently moved out of their parent’s house around the same time they stopped responding to me entirely, like a month ago.

The thing is, I had absolutely no idea this had happened.

From what I’ve been told, even their parent only hears from them occasionally. Nobody I have spoken to appears to know where they are currently living.

I still have not received a single direct response.

Hello everyone.

I’ve been in a long-term relationship for about 10 years. Over time I’ve tried to learn as much as I can about trauma, dissociation, switching, and the challenges that can come with living as a system.

We still haven’t been able of living together and recently, communication in my relationship gradually decreased until it stopped almost entirely. I haven’t received a direct reply in about a month.

I could really use some outside perspective.

I’ve been with my partner for well over a decade. They have a DID/OSDD diagnosis, and over the years we’ve gone through many challenges related to trauma, communication difficulties, different parts having different feelings, and periods of withdrawal.

We have survived a lot together, including a temporary breakup in the past, and eventually found our way back to each other.

Recently, things became much more difficult. Communication started decreasing, and eventually I stopped receiving replies altogether. For about a month now, I haven’t received any direct response despite continuing to reach out in supportive and loving ways.

At some point
