Hello CG reddit fam! What are your thoughts on this pre-2014 Expedition of interest? I appreciate any input.
Thanks!
Would love to hear how y’all approach your recovery weeks.
Currently built to a peak of 65mpw and plan to take a cutback week (45 miles) then maintain give or take 55-65mpw while slowly sprinkling in more intensity.
On the cutback weeks, do you keep all your runs easy or is it better to keep some light tempos + strides in there?
Aside from the drop - why would you pick over the other?
Given both are the same price, which one are you choosing for daily training? (One shoe does it all with supershoes reserved for faster workouts and races)
Hi all! How do your adios pro 3’s fit? TTS they feel wayyy too roomy and slightly long, while going down half a size is perfect in width but too short. Perhaps I can go tts and run thicker socks / thicker insoles?
Replacing my endorphin speeds soon and looking at these two for a daily trainer. Cost vs pro/cons of each has me in the middle. What do you think?
OG Endorphin Speed @ 506km / 315 miles 👌🏽 Pleased with how they’ve held up.
reddit.com/gallery/yg4fffI keep seeing that they run a half-size to a full-size larger. But there are some people that say they're true to size vs adidas, and saucony. How does everyone's fit?
Hi all,
I’ve reached and maintained my goal of 55mpw for 5 weeks. How long would you suggest I let my body adapt before introducing solid workouts for 5/10k training?
Your insight is much appreciated!
Hello! Currently looking to purchase either the Boston 10/11 or the adistar for my easy day / long run shoe. I know both weigh a tonne but if anyone has insight on the pros and cons of each I would much appreciate it!
Also, I should add that I am retiring my invincibles and would like to try something less squishy/mushy. I am open to other shoe options. Whatever I end up going with, I will definitely come back and leave my inputs here after I run 50mi in them
