I’m trying to book a studio for university, and I’ve found one for £160* per week, on a 50 week contract.

On paper, I can’t quite easily afford this. I get around £5700 from my maintenance loan across the year, and I make roughly £110 per week from my job. So the rent is £8000 for entire year, and I’ll get around £11200 across the contract period, and that’s without factoring in any extra shifts I do over Christmas and after exams that will earn me an extra £130 per shift.

So I can easily afford it, my issue is that the first instalment is already due which I’m able to pay, but the second instalment is due at the end of September which is £2800. The third is at the start of January for

A little backstory: Ive always had trouble making friends. Through high school, I had people who I talked to and were my ‘friends’, but whenever I reached out to them outside of school, the conversations felt shallow and forced. It just felt like

I’m playing the Middle-earth mod by Jukoz and ObliviousCrab but as exploration goes it’s quite bare in its current state so I wanted to add a few more mods. The problem is that the ‘middle earth’ area is its own dimension so it isn’t directly compatible with a lot of mods. And since I’m adding more mods, some of them require resources like diamonds for crafting recipes, but they don’t generate in the new dimension. I’ve been trying to add diamonds so far but I’m having some trouble. Could anyone tell me if achieving this even seems possible to save me some time. Thank you

Can anyone recommend any fantasy mods. I like the fantasy element of the lord of the rings mod (with the different races with their own structures etc), but that mod feels quite standalone. I’d like something similar but with the option to run it alongside other mods

I got trading212 about a week ago and I only deposited £1 to get the free share, but my allowance is down by £13. I was under the impression that only money I deposited into my account would contribute to the allowance, not money generated on stocks and shares etc. Or does the money generated from the specifically free share count towards it as well?
